We were celebrating my sister’s birthday which I told the hostess. The two of us were set down immediately and our server was Bre. We wanted ribs, macaroni and cheese but a customer told us the restaurant was out because they wanted some also. Bre made up for that missing item by getting us our food fast and giving us the large lava cake free of charge for my sister. She even asked if we wanted her to sing which she did by herself. She has a nice voice and should audition for America’s Got Talent. Thanks Bre and Chili’s for helping to make my sister’s birthday special. The ribs and cake were delicious!

I’ve never been, I had this big excitement leading up to this visit generating from the Chilis rib song. We sat down extremely fast. The facility was nice, the atmosphere was good, and the waiter was good. We ordered our food and of course I selected an entree that contain ribs in the mix. After waiting for our food to come, the first thing I dove into was the ribs. To my disappointment I received a rack of what I can only compare to as beef jerky. The texture was hard with a little chew to the mix, the sauce a charred flavor, and the sight of the underside of what appeared to be aged meat. From looks, feel, and taste I was dissatisfied and my appetite crushed. Furthermore they are thin, you basically have a bone with a very small section of meat and this is a factor as to why it’s cooking as fast and drying out the meat that’s present. The saving grace to this was the chicken that was covered in honey chipotle flavor. These were on time. The chicken was juicy with a crispy shell, the sauce was not over kill and had an amazing flavor to it, the size of the cuts of chicken were filling. In total I had three and ate all three. I would come back for these in of themselves. The French fries wheee crisp, and seasoned with what I can imagine is a sea salt and pepper blend. It’s a good mix of both and was spread nicely.
I was offered another rack of ribs in replace of these but decided against them as to be honest I could never after this distasteful experience. I’ve seen other reviews of the ribs and the enjoyment behind them but after this I just can not.
Our waiter was nice and promptly provided refills, the manager was professional and comped the meal.
In short get the chicken tenders and enjoy. Idk who makes it but that sauce was on time.

The Cajun Shrimp Pasta was delicious as well as the chocolate melted lava cake!!!! I usually order more food from here but as you can see from the photos the pasta was plenty!!! They even gave me a bag of fresh tortilla chips which is a plus in my book!!!

Not my first visit, but definitely my first review. Me and my family had a quick bite of lunch here we ordered kids, chicken tenders and two smokehouse combos, Nashville, mozzarella sticks. My favorite item was the Nashville mozzarella sticks. now I don’t know a whole lot about Nashville sauce, but this sauce was a nice smoky not too spicy sauce. I’d actually order this sauce if they sold it in the stores I give them a 10 out of 10. The service was great. The total came to about $80. honestly, I couldn’t even eat everything so I took just about half of my order home and had it for dinner.

Going to Chili’s was some me time to sit and relax. That’s when furlough started and I was down. Especially a few days before having surgery. Someone suggested I go out, their treat, so I chose Chili’s. One of my best visits and especially that day with how I was feeling. When I arrived it wasn’t too busy so I was seated right away, I love booths even when by myself. My server was fantastic. She was chill and friendly. Helped me decide on what to get to enjoy with the cocktail I had ordered. She made sure I had everything I needed and checked in periodically. When there was a slight issue with my check she made sure to talk to the manager who then spoke to me to get my information to make a refund for an adjustment would be made.

Food was great! Drinks were pretty tasty and strong. Service was super fast and efficient. 2 person booths are pretty small and was a little difficult placing all the food and drinks on table but other than that, I will be coming back!

Chili’s Grill & Bar was a great experience. The restaurant was clean, and the bathrooms were also nice and clean. The staff was wonderful, and our server was especially kind and attentive. We ordered the 3 for Me, which is definitely the reason we keep coming back it’s always a great value and very filling. We also love the chips and salsa. All of the kids ordered cheese pizza with applesauce, and they all loved it. Overall, it was a really great experience, and we’ll definitely be back.

The server was on point with her customer service. My sister and I never had to ask for refills. The menus appeared new. Our food was brought to us in a decent time and was delicious . Definitely would come again. My steak, shrimp, and potatoes were to die for. Great job!!

Food is good. Service is.. well.. better than a lot of places, not great. I recieved a nasty, dirty menu (thankfully I knew what I wanted.. just wasn’t sure if I actually wanted to order it with the poor cleanliness…)

My boyfriend and I have always enjoyed chilis. Today was different. Our server was nice but I saw her 2-3 times maybe. I received one fountain drink in the entire night, and I was thirsty. I would have asked but I never saw her. I saw her when she took our order. I saw her once to ask how the food was, when I had the food for literally 20 seconds. Tried to answer and she walked away. I saw her a third time to tell us how to pay. My boyfriend wanted dessert but she rushed us out and never asked.
The food was okay. We shared the dip trio and chips, which was great! I ordered a cup of potato soup, which was delicious. I also ordered a 6 oz steak and my boyfriend ordered a steak; both were tough, bland, and tasted old. I took one bite. He did not finish and he never leaves food lol. The broccoli was good! Our loaded mashed potato’s were gross. Potato’s are my favorite food and I left them on the plate. They were grey and tasted off. My boyfriend actually spit some out into the napkin.
We are disappointed from tonight’s experience and will be taking a break from Chilis for a while. When we go back, I just hope, I can edit this review to make it 5 stars.
