Super, super bad customer service! The employees had such a rude and arrogant attitude. I ordered and paid for two large iced caramel coffees, but when I got to the pickup window, they said, “We don’t have iced coffee.”
I asked, “Why didn’t you tell me before I paid? Am I getting my money back?” and they just said, “No, we don’t have it!” — with zero apology or explanation.
They were extremely rude and didn’t even want to make the drinks. When they finally did, they gave them to me hot instead of iced! Then when I showed my receipt (because I had also ordered two meals they hadn’t given me), they just said, “That’s it, what do you want?”
This was today around 12:15 p.m., and it was the night shift crew — very unprofessional and disrespectful. Definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at McDonald’s.

The managers at night are the worst of all locations in the area. Instead of being nice they yell they are privately owned and don’t have to care about corporate. Felt racist too, the manager was saying by handing something I paid for I’d be wanting to steal.

The $1/$2/$3 menu has been replaced with a “McValue” menu, which includes similar BOGO offers. (Buy one, get one for $1.)
The McDouble BOGO was effectively changed to the Double Cheeseburger, which is supposedly the exact same thing but with one more slice of cheese.

Our son and his friend wanted food after an activity so reluctantly went to the drive thru. Took nearly 10 minutes to checkout because of an issue with the register. Worker never acknowledged the wait or apologized. Then pulled to the next window for the food and the woman handed me the food and literally didn’t say one word. No ‘here you go”, “thank you”, nothing. It’s super rare for us to get McD’s, and there is *zero* chance we’re going back to this location.

Went there to order breakfast this morning wasn’t greeted with a good morning or skip all that wasn’t asked may I help you. The Spanish guy looks at me and we’re just staring at each other. So I placed my order I didn’t say that’s all and we continued to stare at each other, then he said is that all I said yeah shaking my head. He acts like he mad at me cause he works there if you don’t like your job leave but don’t take it out on the customers.

We are from out of town and we were so relieved to finally have a hot fresh burger and fries from McDonald’s. Other places we have been, it’s not as fresh. Cashier was kind and got our order correct. Thanks for the great pit stop!

I was at this Macdonald with my son 7.30 the team member name Bella (that what the manager say) is so rude I waited 10 for my order to b take you hear tru the headsets she is playing and laughing when I finally pull up to the 1 window she flirting with the guys beside her I ask her to repeat my order she catch an attitude quick get my money close the window I speak to the manager and it seen nothing change I like the food is good but the service after 5pm not good at all

The manager is very rude she didn’t try to listen to me when I was talking to her about how I was feeling and the parking lot lights it’s always dark you can’t see ppl coming in or going out I feel like it will cause a car accident in the parking lot because it’s too dark I was here to pick up food for a customer and this is not good.
