I see why people don’t eat out anymore. replaced a mobile order around 8:30 and arrived at 8:40. We paid $18 for two CRISPY keyword crispy chicken sandwiches and a hamburger. there was no line so I should’ve already known that the food was gonna be cold. When we received the food it felt like the fries were thrown back in the fryer. The hamburger was dry with no ketchup. And gave us clearly old chicken. I don’t see how it inconvenienced them so much to make sure that we had hot food when we were the only ones in line.

On 10/20, 10/21, 10/22. I wanted breakfast before getting my lyft and was told that we couldn’t come in. At the time it after 5am. Workers were walking around. One worker even yelled at an old man that comes faithfully everyday to get coffee. On 10/22 when I got in my lyft at 522am, they still wouldn’t let anyone in. Lately those men in the morning have been un professional and we’re rude to people waiting outside. Is their a reason for this? Each morning I saw at least 5 people, all of them young men and on Tuesday a young girl walked by getting her breakfast. One man was let in because he was picking up uber eats. I attached pics of this location.

I always order the same thing — a double cheeseburger with no pickles — and I usually stop at this location when heading to IKEA. In the past, my experience has been fine. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing.
At the payment window, there was no greeting or acknowledgment — just the card reader pushed toward me. Then, at the pickup window, I was handed a sweet tea even though my receipt clearly showed unsweetened tea. When I politely pointed this out, the employee became defensive and rude, making comments completely unnecessary to the situation. The tone and attitude were unprofessional and disrespectful.
After waiting an additional eight minutes, I received my order and asked for a straw, which was thrown into my car rather than handed to me. When I checked the bag, the sandwich had pickles all over it — the one specific change I asked for. So I had to go through the drive-thru again.
The second time around, the attitude continued. The bag was dropped into my hand with no confirmation or apology, and when I asked to speak to a manager, I was told none were available because they were all in the back cooking.
I completely understand staffing challenges and busy shifts, but basic respect and attention to the order should still be standard. This visit felt negligent, dismissive, and not reflective of the customer service that McDonald’s promotes.
I will be reaching out to corporate because experiences like this should be addressed. I truly hope this location can improve, because it’s convenient — but based on this visit, I cannot recommend it at this time.
This location cannot be recommended because it’s a management’s fault that the employees are like this. There should be no reason for someone to not say hello. There should be no reason that if it clearly was wrong up correctly and he gave the wrong stuff it can’t be corrected with no attitude these young kids now they need to learn to be respectful. I think people starting to boycott location and the reviews that are already up on here clearly show that it is a horrifically horrible place and they need to focus more on customer service but we continue to go to these places these multimillion dollar businesses and this is what we get in return I do not recommend this place. They got a lot of cleaning up to do. They got a lot of getting this place back together, disgustingly horrific unwelcome, harassment of disrespect, and disregard from employees.

This chain is usually very reliable with my daytime online orders, which is why I’m posting about this one from yesterday. I placed an order at 11 PM, and it arrived with multiple items missing. An entire box of chicken nuggets was left out, the fries were completely stale and unsalted, all the sauces were missing, and the Coke had no ice at all.
This really shows that whoever prepared that order didn’t even try, because I can’t imagine how someone could forget something as simple as putting ice in a drink.

McDonald’s restaurants are what they are. I visit usually for a quick and relatively nutritious breakfast… Usually a breakfast sandwich of some sort or a sausage burrito. The food today met my expectations. The restaurant did as well. My sandwich was still hot when I received it and the OJ was very cold. And the facilities were clean and appeared to be well maintained. That’s what I expect and I don’t see the reasoning in awarding more than an average, middle of the road three stars, for a business doing what they say they do. To earn more than three stars I’ll have to at least be pleasantly surprised in some way. Disappointing me results in losing stars.

It was 3:20 in the afternoon this McDonald is very busy, like I’m talking the drive thru is wrapped around the block and 10 customers are waiting for orders ar the counter. So expected the food to be hot, it was cold and the fries were soggy. Terrible for one of the largest fast food chains in the world. There were about 7-9 employees stand around, not sure what they were waiting for. I will not be coming back to this location. Mobile order#YI08 drive thru but I changed it to pickup at counter.

This is my local McDonald’s, I come here often to just grab a drink and a snack for my drives. I just moved to the area some months ago and the lines are basically always way past the drive though lane and is incredibly slow. There’s been two incidents where this younger worker has messed up payments and would charge people the order ahead of them’s price. She’s also very rude among the nice workers that are here. Very slow service, pretty kind workers, the food is usually fine but it’s fast food so what do you expect anyways. I’ve also seen many things happen while sitting in the window where they give you your order. Someone once knocked over my frappe, they constantly hand me the wrong things and I’ll have to correct them, some of these are honest mistakes but with how frequent this location has mess ups it’s a little much. They aren’t awful but most other location certainly is better.

This is the prettiest McDonald’s that I know of. I came here and parked in front and walked inside. I had no idea it would be this nice. I didn’t have any issues. I ordered a kids hamburger happy meal (for myself). While I waited a couple of minutes I walked around and took a couple of quick pictures. I had a great experience.
