This is my favorite place for quick Mexican food. I’m addicted to their $6.99 spicy chicken burrito that’s quite a feast. Folks there are nice and the service is quick! They also take the EBT hot foods program. The dollar chicken street tacos on Tuesdays are awesome!

The older woman who worked in the morning on 1/5/26 at around 7am is consistently uptight and passive agressive with me. I pull up to the speaker, order a breakfast torta, realizes it’s me, and just gets an uptight, hostile demeanor right away. For whatever reason, she just doesn’t like me. I don’t care what your opinion is of me, let it go, suppress your negative feelings and just treat me with courtesy and respect! I leave the house because I don’t want to cook, I visit your place in hopes to be taken care of and enjoy my outing, instead I get dismissive, condescending, passive agressive interactions the whole time I’m there, I pull up to the window, she has me waiting there a long time. It’s rude to have your guest waiting there. By the time I get to the window, you should be there ready to take my payment. She finally shows up and takes my card but at the same time hands me my iced tea. The drink isn’t even paid for yet and she’s essentially handing out free drinks. She asks if I want sauce, I respond with mild sauce and she just said okay but in a disengaging disrespectful tone. She closes the window on me rather aggressively. When She comes back, she asks again what sauce I wanted. Goes to show how disengaging and inattentive she is. The place was slow, it’s not like she was super busy, even if she was, she’s supposed to pay attention. So I tell her again. And she just hands me my food, I try to thank her but she just cuts me off with a condescending “thaaaaaanks” not even loooking at me, her backs to me, I mean super disrespectful and condescending. I don’t care what you think of me, you need to remain unphased and pleasant and helpful! Put the customer first! Please the customer. Vibe with me and be affirmative to my needs. It really isn’t that hard to connect with someone and please them. She does this every single time! I try to bring up some of her mistakes and she gets defensive and uptight. Zero problem solving skills. She’s weak emotionally which strongly suggests cerebral weakness too. She’s really uptight and it just makes for an off putting experience. My torta was pretty soft, soggy, the ham is diced up and it tastes horribly. The eggs were dirty, suggesting a dirty grill, the bread had toast makes but it wasn’t toasty it was soggy. The place is way overpriced for the quality of their food. Their food tastes terrible! It’s not of quality. The place is old and outdated, it’s run down and there’s a lot of homeless people loitering the parking lots. They don’t bother to call the police to clear out the loitering. Everything about this place is bad. Sometimes the men in the evening provide more respectable service but over all this place is pretty terrible. Just remember, that woman every time she sees me she has an issue with me and I’ve done nothing to her. She’s disrespectful. She works to provide a service to her public. She’s in no position to be moody or have an attitude. The customers are the ones who keep the lights on in this place. The customer is the ultimate boss. If you wouldn’t treat the owner this way, it is that much more unacceptable to treat a customer this way as well

Didn’t completely hit the spot. No lemon came with my tacos. Don’t know if I had to ask. So I have to take a star away. The Piña was a bit watered down, and it could be a bit sweeter. Fast service and reasonable prices. Would still come back.

Chicken and cheese empanadas are good. Chilaquiles are good, except the red salsa they gave me was spoiled and it ruined my breakfast. The nachos were also good. Its a decent place all around

Today I felt like waring some chilaquilles so I decided to give this restaurant a try. Ordered 2 Chilaquile plates with egss and Carne Asada. The chilaquiles weren’t as crispy at all, but I did take out, so maybe the steam made them soggy, so I can not judge them on that. The salsa on the chilaquiles was not hot, but it did have flavor. The rice and beans were actually good. Overall, the food I have to rate them 5 stars. The service was good at first until I received my food. Once I paid, I waited maybe 5 minutes for the lady to hand me my plates. What threw me off a bit was the fact that when I was waiting, she suddenly opened the window, hands me my food, and closed the window. I wasn’t sure if my food was complete since she didn’t really say anything. Most places would say something like “Thank you,have a nice day.” This lady didn’t say a word ,didn’t make any eye contact, nothing. A huge thing for me is customer service, and if I feel as if I’m not wanted in business, I never go back again. So even my 5 star review is based on the food. The customer service I give it a 2, because although she did greet me and took my order in a very polite matter, once I paid and waited, I felt as if she didn’t want me there. I’m not sure why. With that being said, I don’t see myself going back to this restaurant.
2/22/2023* update went there again since my wife wanted Mexican food. This time the Customer service was OUTSTANDING. The young lady with pierced nose is extremely professional and has great customer service. She deserves a raise. This time I got the fish taco trio, Wet Asada Burrito, 4 tacos asada, Carne Asada Nachos and 1 plain chicken taco. The food was great no complaints. The Service was even better. Definitely our new go to Mexican food spot.

#1 We ordered, our first time at this location through door dash. The cashier did not have great customer service. My bf asked for extra salsa the guy sharply repli that its all “rationed” and he would have to charge extra, (we have no problem paying as the order itself was pretty steep for quality of the 3 items) my bf jokingly replied and said oh you charge extra thats a first. And the guy once again sharply replied “thts all businesses dude” and the attitude was what caught us off guard once he continued with it. So I said ok “hey it’s the first time he was just making a statement,” he then walks to the back and starts telling his coworkers that he was upset csuse he was charging him extra (seemed to be intentionally speaking loud so we can hear) i waited at the counter to go ahead and purchase the salsa. And he comes out and says once again “hes upset because im charging” I respectfully replied to ” no friend it’s your approach and tone with us” And my bf told me not to worry about it he was going to leave a review. Guy jumps in and says “I could care less about what you guys have to say on there those reviews wont affect me I get them all the time.”
#2 we finally we got home and started eating the 2 Enchilada Plate and there was just straight globs of cold cheese in the enchiladas, and the rice was hard and stale. I myself can’t risk eating rice that has been left to sit out due to the bacteria that rapidly grows on there.
We love supporting local businesses as I had worked at a small business for 5 years and for the simple fact that they offer vegetarian options this is why we chose this place. I never had any encounters with my customers like this tonight. Which was def a bummer, because even if the food wasnt great we would have loved to try again but with the vibes and energy that were thrown our way we will not be going back. The lemonade was great though! lol I do hope they continue Making good business as it is the livelihood of many others, just maybe go over some routine manners so that no other supportive customers have the restaurant experience we did.

I used to really like this place. But lately their tacos are getting small. Not enough meat to fill one of those tiny tortillas. The other day I got a breakfast burrito for $12 and it was small. There wasn’t much in it. I got a better breakfast burrito at Wendy’s for almost half the price! I also got a hair in my tacos this time but staff seems well groomed and it didn’t bother me as much as the small portions. There’s two things I love in this world. Money and food. I don’t like getting shorted on either.

I dream about their shrimp burritos. Maybe it’s the Sicilian in me but I’ve tried many places that offer fish or shrimp dishes and nothing compares. It only makes me want to go back to grab the real thing here at Fresco. I only regret not finding this place sooner.

We love the Breakfast Jr Supreme from Fresco Mexican Grill! Our family has also had some of their other burritos and tacos, and they were scrumptious too! Thinking we will get some burritos again over Thanksgiving weekend.
