As someone who works in fast food I get the struggle, but out of the 5 sandwiches I ordered only the big Mac had a pickle. One Pickle. No onions either, burnt burgers on every single burger and two of them weren’t even wrapped. Didn’t get the snack wrap I paid for, and even called 3 times, no one answered. Waited in the drive through for almost half an hour too. Genuinely the worst experience I’ve had someone give these employees some work ethic

I sat in line for over an hour now and still haven’t made it to the drive-thru speaker. They really need to work on their third shift here because these guys suck. They must not know what the hell they’re doing cuz this is like the slowest I’ve ever been at a McDonald’s in life. I’ve been in line since 1:30 a.m. it’s now 2:21 a.m. and I still haven’t made it to the window. They really need to do something with this. This is really ridiculous management should be ashamed of themselves and should give me free food for this REDICULOUSNESS. I don’t know what the hell McDonald’s think they’re doing but they don’t know what the hell they’re doing down here at Coventry McDonald’s. Management needs to be fired and REPLACED. This is just complete Ridiculousness. If I hadn’t been sitting in line for an hour and a half right now I would get out of the line, but it’s too late. This restaurant is a complete joke and whoever’s running this thing doesnt know what the hell they are doing. They need to get out of fast food business cuz they don’t know what the hell they’re doing at all they got this all messed up. This is a pathetic joke!!! Is 235 and I still haven’t even got my food yet.

Use to be a great place. I was sent to a parking spot instead of a waiting spot. That’s how backed up they were. This place will take orders as quickly as they can and promptly send you to the side. Poor runners cannot keep up and orders are being split up or forgotten. Unfortunately this has happened several times. Focus on quality instead of quantity for once. Speed will come with time.

Be nice instead of when they don’t have something they would tell you and just not remove it. Also rude employees when you bring up an issue. Maybe one day they’ll get an order right. Also we had sauce all splattered in our bag with our food. You’d think for being in a nicer area they’d have better service.

I made a late night dash to this location on my way home from visiting with family on Monday so around midnight Tuesday morning (1/20/2026) I pulled into the drive-thru and ordered a number one with extra Mac sauce and Roma tomato slices with a side of what I believe shown on the display monitor mix and match for the strawberry cream pie and the apple pie however I was unaware that it meant either/or, instead of 1 of each for $2.50, I was told this after a brief moment of confusion surrounding my final total of $14.55! I could not wrap my head around this total because the young man at the payment window number one had let me know that he was unable to print receipts for the evening. So I didn’t proceeded to the second window to retrieve my purchase and I simply asked if the young lady was able to print receipts in the front since I was unable to get a receipt from window number one. She said that she could and I then proceeded to ask why my total was $14.55? Mind you I never received a receipt even after I received a dollar a $1.10 refund… How did they calculate that I’m not sure especially when I end up leaving with two apple pies instead of one strawberry cream pie and one apple pie.
I would like for a member of management to explain this to me, because I’m feeling like someone hoodwinked me for the change added to my order. I may not have been the only person they swindled out of change. I payed in cash and received EXTRA SALTY fries and at least one hard apple pie. Even when I put the order in online, either way, my total still did not reach $14.55!! Running my order even that morning the highest that I was charged was $12.57 for a Big Mac with the two extra add-ons and then the two apple pies.
I will add a screenshots of the order in the way that I ordered it and the order in the way that I was told was my order if I can. I left unsatisfied and questioning this locations team integrity.
BY THE WAY I DID ASK IF THE YOUNG LADY PUT MY RECEIPT IN THE BAG AND SHE SAID SHE HAD NOT AND I WAS JUST OVER THE ENTIRE SITUATION SO I JUST PULLED OFF BUT REMEMBER TO LEAVE THIS REVIEW JUST IN CASE SOMEONE ELSE OUT THERE HAVE BEEN SWINDLED WHEN ORDERING A NUMBER ONE WITH TWO ADDED EXTRAS AND TWO APPLE PIES ♀️

I placed an order for three snack wraps at 10:54 PM. I was the only customer inside the restaurant. At approximately 11:10 PM, I asked to speak with a manager regarding why such a small order had taken over 20 minutes to prepare.
A man was pointed out as the manager, but he walked past me without acknowledging my request and instead spoke with someone who appeared to be an employee not in uniform, wearing only rubber shoes and a windbreaker.
I received my food at 11:17 PM. As I was leaving, I asked the manager for his name, which he stated was Justin. I asked for his position, and he said he was the Assistant General Manager (AGM). I then asked why my request to speak with him was disregarded and why my order took over 20 minutes while he appeared to be standing around talking.
He responded with an attitude and stated that he was “discussing work,” despite the individual he was speaking with clearly not appearing to be on the clock. I told him that he needs to do better. He dismissed my comment, and as I walked away, he sarcastically said, in a condescending tone, “Have a great day.”
Based on this interaction, I found his behavior unprofessional. Someone who displays this level of disregard for customers should not be working in the customer service industry, and especially not in a management role.

Stopped in before a road trip for a quick bite to eat before hitting the road. I should have left when the girl at the register said there would be a wait for the apple pies we ordered so they could…..reheat them. The food I got was very hot which makes me believe the food was also reheated in hindsight. I ate two sausage burritos and about an hour later became very sick. The staff here aren’t even making new food, they are making it letting it sit for hours and then reheating it. Warning Do not eat here!

Probably the laziest employees I’ve ever encountered at a McDonald’s ever.
They refused to take my order at the register. Even though someone was standing there on it. I had to use the kiosk which I couldn’t get to work right so I just ended up ordering on my phone.
The order was ready they called my name. They didn’t even bother to get me a cup. I said am I just supposed to grab a cup? They just stared at me.
What a garbage McDonald’s. Avoid this place

Just happened,I ordered on the app got the intercom to let them know the order number no one ever got on and said anything me and the person in the other line waited over 20mins this is unacceptable I cancelled my order and when I left the line no cars were at the windows and a guy was just standing there smh

Clean store. Plenty of staff in the kitchen but the order for five of us took an unusually long time. Then they did not include my smoothie with my families large order which I had to go back in and ask for (we were in a hurry so I was lucky I checked!). After we got on the road we found out they did not include my requested honey packets for the one item I ordered for dinner. Frustrating. Chicken fingers were pretty mid without the sauce.
