Excellent service and a very clean atmosphere. The food was just okay, nothing amazing, but the staff really made the experience enjoyable. It’s a great spot to check out with friends, but probably a place I’d visit just once.

Seriously. Wow. Come hungry! Do not mess around with that. Don’t eat before. Maybe coffee and a light snack early in the day. Be prepared to wait, but pull up to the bar for a liquid treat. Btw could eat those short ribs all dayyy. Can’t wait to go back!

Great first time Hotpot experience as a vegetarian.
⭐️ The severs explain you in detail if you are a first timer. Great selection of veggies, tofu, mushrooms, sweet potatoes, etc for vegetarians. Their service is the best part – frequent check-ins to ensure you gave everything you need, quick service within minutes of ordering.
⭐️ As a vegetarian, I often have trouble with a distinguished smell in Asian restaurant and went in expecting the same considering it will have barbecue going on in every table. The ambience and circulation /temperature is very well maintained and I didn’t feel any smell problem.
⭐️ Two vegan soup options to choose from
⭐️ No wait time on a Sunday during lunch time.
⭐️ Highly recommend.

Took our family here to try the KPot experience. We enjoyed it very much. Their Short Ribs and Kimchi was the highlight.
I didn’t care for the rules, everyone in your group has to agree to the same type of dining experience. In which isn’t fair to a person like me or my children who don’t/can’t eat a lot. So if only 1 person wants the soup everyone has to get it.
If we return, we will just go with the BBQ. Enjoy!

Excellent food, great service great owner, highly recommend for those looking you get a fun experience in a meal, Jason was a great server.
Update: Jason was great however I visit this restaurant atleast 4-6 times a month, I was running a little late this time and called to see if it was okay to get there at 9:33 (3 mins after the seating close time and they close at 10:30) I was told by Nina, that even being regular customers there would be no exception even for as little as 3 minutes, this is really a disappointing experience I’ll probably be looking for a different K-pot

I haven’t had some kbbq for a while, and just happens to be up at the mall. The parking lot was packed so that’s always a good sign.
There’s a special they run for all u can eat. I didn’t have any hot pot, just bbq, as u enter your greeted and brought to your table rather quick. I ordered pork belly ,plain and seasoned, and the steaks they had to offer, Had multiple servings of all.
There is a consention stand around the corner for u to get your sauces and dessert like items.
Everything was good, service was prompt and the gent kept up with changing the grill out.
Only thing around the stand with the sauces can get backed up or even mayhem going on with the people trying to get there stuff and the layout.

Been here a couple of times and the food has not disappointed. Servers are great and helpful, there’s a hostess or two that I could do without dealing with when I visit. There’s a bar for making your own sauces, and extra ingredients. There are so many restaurants that don’t live up to their hype, this is not one of them. It can be pricey but you won’t leave disappointed!
Update: We continue to frequent this restaurant, and had the absolute best server last night. Her name is May. She was extremely sweet and vocal, she listened to what the kids had to say, made suggestions, complemented my son on his hair. She heard me mention I didn’t have a hair tie to put it up to eat and offered a rubber band. She was caring and absolutely amazing I love to have someone like this when in any restaurant it elevates the experience.

Actually, it was my girlfriend who introduced me to Korean food since she likes them, but I tell you my first experience was awesome. The waitress, don’t remember her name was very kind and helpful as she assisted us through selection and preparing the Korean food. At first everything was new to me, but after I got my first taste of the Korean BBQ and hot pot, it felt like “man, you gotta come back .”
The diner was quite expensive but worth the price as you get to choose whatever you want. Would recommend this for a group, like a family. But if it is you alone or you and someone else, get the lunch. But I will keep coming back!! Good food and good customer service .

Great place to go if you want to splurge on a fresh, fast service, good service meal(Staff very friendly, courtesy, and helpful). The all you can eat Dinner includes everything except drinks. The drinks are kind of pricey so be careful when ordering. With the amount of food you get you might just want to go with water. Just so your not weighed down with sugar(soda), beer, or alcohol. The menu is the largest I have seen for this type of restaurant. The all you can eat is great because you can order your go to items plus try new items and not worry about wasting money on something you might not like. They also will refill you Hot Pot broth at no extra charge (Just ask for more). For the price take the family out and just enjoy the experience.
