this was the saddest cookout experience we’ve ever had. they were out of corndogs, and bananas. guy on the intercom was nice, the two women at the window looked absolutely miserable and had attitudes with us and each other. by far the skinniest hot dogs i’ve ever had (pictures included) ordered chicken nuggets and was given nasty cheese curds OH YEAH, how you gonna give us cajun fries with no seasoning? sad, let down, annoyed 30$ down the drain and cravings were not met.

Cook Out are so dang awesome. We always try and hit them up when we travel north. So much good food for such good prices. My wife said her cheese balls were some of the best she has ever had. And don’t forget about the huge variety of shakes they offer. Great place, awesome, just awesome!

If there’s a negative star I would give it today. We order through drive thru the cashier cutting us out every time we tell her our order. Cashiers name is Shamiya. We end up not not getting what we want cuz she was rushing us for no reason, first of we are the only one in the drive thru. When we went to pay by the window she keeps closing the window,she dont even let us finish what we are saying. Poor customer service!

Absolutely terrible experience. Went inside to order. Literally no one acknowledged us for over 10 minutes. I only stayed because my kid wanted a milkshake. A true exercise in patience. If you don’t have the staff to support the dining room, then close it.

The staff at cookout are fast-paced, pleasant, and seem to enjoy their jobs. The food is always hot and delicious, and the shakes are always on point. I especially enjoy the regular burger tray with cheese curds, a corn dog, and a banana pudding milkshake. I can’t express how much I appreciate cookout restaurants opening in Savannah!

Staff was nice but whoever cooks the food is petty. Cajun fries had little to no Cajun on them, the hush puppies were burnt. And then Cajun chicken sandwhich? Yall gave me a little baby bird piece of chicken, looks like a chicken wing not a chicken sandwich. It doesn’t even go across the whole bun. Who’s serving this mess? Check their head.

A lot of choices on the menu. Usually get a burger or cheeseburger. Hush puppies as a side. Usually get to go. The dining area is clean and well lit but isn’t decorated with anything other than Cheerwine memorabilia wall art … And that’s okay. This isn’t fine dining, it’s just good food, served fast.

Super quick service! It wasn’t busy but food is made to order so it has taken a little while at other locations. I love their 4.99 cookout tray. It’s cheap for all the options and food you get. The drink is included and you can even swap it for one of their delicious shakes for just a dollar more. The shakes ate very creamy and you can mix flavors. I like Cookout. If you haven’t tried it, give it a shot! They play Christian music and have outdoorsy decor AND a hand washing sink by the entrance to encourage clean hands before eating your meal. So awesome guys!
