First time visiting this location and had an amazing time!
Came for dinner with my parents and my nephew on a Sunday afternoon. We were greeted very warmly at the door, and there was no wait to be seated.
The service was very fast, the waitress was very friendly, and the food was hot, fresh and delicious.
There was several football games going on, and the diner was very casual and clean.

Service is always reliable in the bar area and the drinks stay cold with quick refills. I had baked potato soup with chips and salsa and the place was quieter than usual.

First of all Chilis, thank you for coming through for the Vets with an amazing menu and even more amazing service. This was my first time checking out Veterans day as a Vet and I loved every minute of being here. I had the Old Timee Burger with broccoli and an Old Fashioned. The bartender was so sweet to let me sub out the fries for broccoli at no charge. The old fashioned he made was perfect! Super easy to sip this and enjoy the company next to me. I was super impressed by the bartender who was also the server, bus person, and so many other roles. He kept his composure and was so kind throughout the entire time. I don’t know how he kept up with everything.
I really enjoyed my time at this Chili’s! I will be back!

I got chicken and steak fajitas. I also paid extra for a side of guacamole. The steak was not very good. Too tough. Also for what I paid the portion of meat was very small. The portion of toppings were extra small. After eating part of the guacamole I paid extra for, I found a produce sticker in it. Check the quality of the prep work. Do better, Chili’s. Customers are tired of paying more and getting less when they eat out.

Courtney, you’re fantastic, friendly fast, courteous, kind knowledgeable. We enjoyed your visit to our table and will definitely look for you when we come back the food fantastic when we go to Casa grande and think of a restaurant we want to eat that nine times out of 10 we come up with going to Chili’s. The atmosphere is casual friendly. The food has always been good big chicken crunchies sandwich. We can split it and still have plenty to eat. The chips are the best with the salsa or the queso or the guac doesn’t matter the thin crisp chips made fresh daily are great but it’s people that work there like Courtney that keep us coming Back She treats us like family and friends. It’s a great place to go for lunch or dinner look for us you’ll see us there.

I have been here a few times. Service sucks. They drop your drink/food and just leave. Never enough napkins, so I wait to see staff and ask for more items, because the weight staff never stays at your table, long enough to see what you need. This last time, I saw staff standing around texting on their phones in plain sight, When there was clearly people that needed help. If staff was on their break, they should have been texting in the back room, not out in the open in front of customers. It just seems like most of the staff does not want to be here

Staff was very friendly and their steak was very well prepared. Asked for a medium rare and it was exactly that. Compliments to the chef! Had a side of garlic mushrooms with the mashed potatoes. For a shared appetizer had some of the best guac ever. Prices were very good for how well made and delicious everything was. Will definitely visit again.

Food was excellent. We were seated right away but then I thought we were forgotten as we sat for over 5 minutes in the fairly empty place. About the time we were going to get up and leave our waitress came to take our order and had water brought to our table.
