My first time on Chick-fil-A, and it was the best service for fast food I have ever tried. The employees are really nice and welcoming. Really clean and organized. Loved the experience, for sure I will come back. 🙂

Ordered online for take away. It was…disappointing. They got the order wrong the first time by forgetting the drinks. I saw that they had forgotten the lemonade. Took several minutes to get their attention. When I told them, I was looked at like I was trying to scam them.
When I got home, I realized they had forgotten to include my granddaughter’s chocolate milk. Then I got a phone call. Turns out the store had put our drinks in a different order. The person who got the order called me to let me know. Obviously, I’m not going to drive to a stranger’s home to get my drinks. So they got freebies and we got less than what we paid for.
The food was typical. I tried the spicy chicken on the pretzel roll. It was ok. Nothing special. My wife and son had the chicken deluxe. One of them had lettuce and tomato. The other did not. So they got that part of the order wrong as well.
All this for almost $40!

A Chicken Sandwich brings hundreds of people in. It’s amazing. There’s nothing special about this food at all. It’s just very good service. Good people.

Honestly, they were very uninteresting and extremely slow. When I asked when my order would be ready, she responded in an irritated tone and told me to wait a little longer. I think customers deserve a bit more respect. The service was very slow, and I was not satisfied with my experience.

First time experiencing the food, customer service, and company culture. First, the food was great. The chicken is really something special. I tried the regular sandwich, spicy sandwich and the Cobb salad. The salad was my favorite actually and I would eat it anytime. The customer service was great. Employees opened the door for us, they served with a smile, gave us ample time to figure out what we wanted, and made some good recommendations. I would prefer that the work on some lower calorie options. That would be great!

Every single time I come to this location they miss something in my order, literally every single time. Could be a meal, could be just the sauces but always something. Even when you ask if such and such is in bags, they always say yes. Then when you call and try to speak to someone about said order, they don’t pick up. Worst Chick-fil-A around when it comes to accuracy & consistency.

Great Experience. Came in with a large party with a lot of toddlers. Everyone was extremely nice and they offered ice cream for the kids. Enjoyed the playground as well.

I patronize your location to study with a colleague on a rainy day. Abby greeted us with a warn smile as she welcomed us in. During my visit I observed Abby’s awesome attention to detail and customer service. She maintained the diner area with style and class. Abby attentively checked on her customers by asking if anything was need. She kept the tables clear without overbearingly disturbing her customers. She knew exactly when her presence was needed. Abby treated her guest as if we were at a 4 star restaurant.
The diner was also clean and festively decorated. When I inquired, Abby explained that the owners wife added her personal tough. Abby’s smile was bright while explaining how the owners wife always decorate. Abby represented this location as if she was the owner herself. A++ in my book!
