We had a wonderful experience. We ordered on the app, clicked “I am here,” the employees greeted us when we walked in and asked if we had a to-go and when we said our name they dropped our fries so they were fresh!
Everything was exactly as ordered and tasted incredible as it always does.

Wonderful cheeseburgers! Fried were just as good. The burger was juicy and flavorful and sooo big. Neither one of us could eat it all.

Great burgers and great service. Place was busy and they just kept on putting out orders and keeping things moving. Impressive with only 3 employees. Fries are wonderful just like always and the burgers were juicy and flavorful. Only thing I can say wasn’t on point was the tomatoes. Prices in store differ from what’s displayed here.

Burger was good. Light on the bacon and grilled onions. Got a large Cajun fry and they were soggy and half of the order was at the bottom of the bag. Wife’s order was the same. Taste good but gotta get the small things done.

This is one of our go to places to eat when I get off work. This is the closest 5 guys to me I don’t live in town so it’s a stop on the way home some days. We have never had a bad meal here and the Cajun fires are always a huge hit with us.

Really great service here. The door said they don’t open till 11am but it was unlocked so we went in at 10:45am and they were happy to serve us and didn’t even make any comments about it. Melissa took our order and it seems like she is one of the managers.
She was outstanding. She was so kind and made suggestions and made sure to check in on us and see how we liked our food. The quality was amazing and was one of the best five guys experiences we’ve had. She did an amazing job and made this an extra special experience.

Honestly, the food is a little pricey. But, the burgers are great and the fries are above average. I wasn’t really impressed with the service at this 5 guys. Not rude, but not friendly either, more like indifferent. Not what I’ve come to expect from 5 Guys as a chain.

20230330 Wow! This is the largest Five Guys I’ve been to. It even has a fireplace. I haven’t eaten at a Five Guys in a long time. Ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger with grilled mushrooms and grilled onion and Jalapeño on the side. I also ordered the regular fries and the nice cashier informed me that the regular is foe 2-4 people! So thankful she mentioned it!! I switched to the little fries . The food is consistent with all the other Five Girls that I ate all. I love that the food is made to order, and customized to the way we want it!

We always make sure to add this to our list of stops when we visit the Smokies! The burgers are always hot and fresh! Minus 1 star because the price is a little steep, but it’s worth it for a good burger like this one!

Five Guys never ceases to amaze me. Every time I’ve ever been to one the food is top notch. The burgers are always so fresh and juicy and the toppings are amazingly crunchy and delicious. I will say that the bathrooms at this one were a little dirty, but that doesn’t change my mind about this place. Overall 10/10!
