It must be REALLY hard to count to 3. If you order anything other than the typical menu (for instance, extra meat patty) items they will ALWAYS forget it. They’ll charge you for it but conveniently forget it. I have been here multiple times and this has happened. They’ll give you the extra patty in a box if you catch it but 3/4 times I have been here lately, I’ve always checked my burgers and surprise! Missing patty, wrong condiments or missing condiments.
The food used to be really good and service was always spot on but they’ve hired people that either maliciously mess your order up or are just too careless to care.
Managers best fix is “come in and we’ll give you a free item.”.. Do you really want to deal with this multiple times when it’s evident that the crew will mess your order up?
Ownership needs to clean house, properly retrain and pay for employees that will care.
It’s disappointing when a place you remember for abundance feels so different now.
Flavor is still excellent.
I’m seriously rethinking returning. After a decade of excellent service, the last two have been a HUGE disappointment.
