How far this place has fallen over the years.

The pictures and descriptions on the menu aren’t what you actually get! This place needs a massive upgrade.

The quality of the food is very poor now and I’m sure it’s cooked by a Moroccan chef. Before I’ve been over the years and you can tell the difference!

Maybe it’s not as busy any more but yeah this place has gone down for sure.

This place use be to amazing but I’m talking 10 years ago. I haven’t been in a long time now but wow it’s dropped in standard. Check my photos for the food.

Service was fine and food came out fairly quick.

Great food and service at Bollywood Ocean Restaurant!

Delicious authentic Indian flavours with plenty of vegetarian options, We had a wonderful dining experience. The curry, naan, and rice were amazing, and everything was fresh. Nice atmosphere and very friendly staff.

Absolutely amazing food. The quality and authentic Pakistani flavours really surprised me, especially for a restaurant based abroad. Everything tasted just like back home — rich, well-balanced, and cooked with real care. Easily one of the best Pakistani meals I’ve had outside Pakistan. Highly recommended!

Review of Bollywood, Agadir

I recently visited Bollywood in Agadir, and my experience was shockingly disappointing. For a restaurant that positions itself as offering authentic Indian and Pakistani cuisine, the food quality was far below expectations.

– Food Quality: The dishes lacked flavor, freshness, and authenticity. Even simple street food vendors serve meals that are far tastier and more satisfying than what I was served here. The curries were bland, poorly seasoned, and missing the depth of spice that defines South Asian cooking.
– Presentation: The presentation of the food was extremely poor — far below an acceptable level. Plates looked careless and unappetizing, which only added to the overall disappointment.
– Pricing: The prices were sky-high compared to the quality delivered. Paying premium rates for food that fails to meet even basic standards of taste and presentation feels unjustifiable.
– Value: Overall, the restaurant offers poor value for money. The combination of weak flavors, inflated prices, and substandard presentation makes it hard to recommend.

In short, Bollywood in Agadir was a letdown from start to finish. If you’re seeking genuine Indian or Pakistani cuisine with proper taste and presentation, I strongly suggest exploring other options in the city.

I recently dined at Bollywood restaurant in Agadir and left feeling quite underwhelmed. The restaurant promises an authentic Indian experience, but the food fell short. Many of the dishes were bland and lacked the rich flavors one would expect from Indian cuisine. The portions were also small for the price.

The service was disappointingly slow, and the staff seemed disinterested in attending to our needs. Additionally, the ambiance was mediocre, with decor that felt outdated and a bit shabby.

While the location is convenient, and the restaurant has potential, it failed to deliver a satisfying dining experience. I wouldn’t recommend it unless significant improvements are made.

Ate here twice and both times food was below average. The food quality is below average and doesn’t even taste Indian. Daal is soaking in oil and Naans are so thick that it is so difficult to chew them . Asian people don’t bother looking for decent Indian restaurant in Agadir. Stick to Moroccan cuisine and save the Indian food for when you go back home. The waiters (local) have attitude and don’t like it when you pay with Card. If you do pay with cash then make sure to ask for change as they conveniently keep it for themselves.

Ignore the 5 star reviews people!! The food was not good at all, no authenticity, zero flavour. The egg fried rice is literally scrambled eggs mixed with rice, no onions no salt no light spicing, bland!
Lamb jalfrezi? Dont bother, no spice no kick no flavour. Chicken palak? No idea what happened to the flavour on that one.
Daal soup? So bland it tasted like lentils had been boiled and blended and poured into a bowl.
Overall for flavour and quality this place is a no go for me. Prices are ridiculous for the portion sizes, one curry dish contained 5/6 small pieces of lamb or chicken and every single dish was lacking real flavour. Service was terrible. Atmosphere rubbish.

If youre someone who enjoys a decent indian then this is not do you. Service
