We have eaten here many times, and noticed it is going downhill fast lately. Tonight, 11/26/23 around 3:45 we stopped. There was one car in front of us in the drive through, and I didn’t notice any in the stalls. The main reason we stopped is I REALLY wanted fries. Look at the pitiful fries after waiting way too long. I did not eat any out of the picture, and there was a tot in there, so it wasn’t even partially full of fries. They were stale and COLD! Terrible, terrible. We didn’t bother to complain as we also didn’t get ranch for the cheddar peppers or the much loved mint. We weren’t confident at all anyone would care if we turned around to complain, and we didn’t have the time anyway. Will likely skip this location in the future.

My wife and I decided to give them another go after having a bad experience months ago. Coney was horrible. Bread was hard, entire coney was inedible, shriveled and burnt. Tatter tots were cold and soggy. Waste of time and money.

Love Sonic but drive-through service is often very slow due to patrons ordering very large orders of food and blocking drive through lane while waiting for their food.
Large order patrons should be directed to a designated waiting area other than the drive-tgrough line/lane.

We have been here when the food was really bad and the. It got better and was good. Today the meal is not hot. Our burger is like room temp and the tots aren’t cooked long enough. So sad. It was good for a while. Come on Sonic we need you here in Seneca!

Something changed and the past 6 months I have had delicious and HOT food rather than nasty right out of the freezer still frozen food so that’s a plus! It was gettin rough. Definitely my 1st choice for a sonic now!

The food was really good! Tried the fried pickles, and I think they’d taste a lot better if you all had some really decent HIDDEN VALLEY RANCH! Felicia was really kind and did an incredible job at delivering our food.
