Came here 12/27/25, to visit the bathroom, and got a HI-C beverage & fries. Ordered via the machine, as far was the only option. Bathrooms are a little strange, there’s a lock of some kind on three door to get in, but for the women’s, I just pushed the door. You need to ask for salt for the fries. Great stop on the way to return a rental car. Thanks for three food! Nice employees!

I ordered a breakfast samwich in drive thru it was spoiled the sauage pattie. The Mgr was rude and actually started saying samwich was ok ,when I told her to smell it she did not or taste the pattie. Sherrie was her name . She was more concerned about making me look bad then accepting the samwich was spoiled. I will never return. She even had team members saying things . Very unprofessional. I have been going there a long time and in the last six months the store has been going down in service burnt food and coffee that’s cold and old. I’M done with this store. Time to find another food store for my work and friends. I will never get them bad food and deal with a rude mgr ever again. DONE

Look at the picture, coffee is not filled up to the line short changing it’s customers. Shrinkflation is real, but you are a Billion Dollar Corporation that chooses to cheat their customers for PROFIT. Stop cheating you hard working, inflation tired customers. I won’t be back. UPDATE I feel they blamed me for my dissatisfaction of the level of the coffee I received even though it’s clearly below what I paid l for. You are a multi, multi BILLION corporation, why short change your customer without making it right. You still have my money for providing me a shrinkflation product. Always an issue with my orders every single time I come here. They never know which pick up order is who’s. And then my sauces I order are never in the bag or right? How did I order hot honey and you give me honey mustard? You didn’t even ask me what I wanted if you didn’t have it. Then if there’s an issue with their window or machines, they will say that they cannot do your order, but you will also can’t use the app to cancel the order and restart it because of their system systems. The only good thing about the store is the older African-American lady that does the pick up orders and brings them outside. She is so sweet and polite and I love her!

The manager that works here is amazing. She goes above and beyond for her customers. I had an issue resolved immediately, she was also taking care of others issues as well with a cheerful heart. I wish I had gotten her name. When I go back I’ll ask the name and edit this post.

What terrible service!! I ordered online for curbside pickup, and because it was drizzling, the employee wouldn’t bring the food to my car. She expected me to get out and go get it myself. She told me to turn around and go to a closer entrance, but she still wouldn’t bring the food to my car; she wanted me to get out again. If that’s the case, they shouldn’t even offer curbside pickup!

Literally the only reason I come to this McDonald’s is because of Ms Tonya . Most of the workers have such a bad attitude but once I know Tonya’s there I’m immediately in a good mood. She’s so sweet , attentive, and overall the lemon to my lemonade !!

“Managers” Tiffany and Tiara were the most inconsiderate rude females I ever dealt with at a mcdonald’s. The manager that took my order either Tiffany or Tiara made a mistake and did not add the extra large fry. I asked if they can charge me for it, they start playing messenger and telling the employees to tell me I have to go around or inside, after waiting in a long line for about 20 minutes because their food truck delivery was blocking one drive thru lane. I said are you just not able to charge me for the other fry. She said no you have to come inside or go around because there’s no register over here, I said really I was just waiting for so long and my kids are in the car my disabled daughter as well, she said she did not care and told her employee to close the window in my face, I said okay please refund me here is the food back, so it’s funny because she was able to walk her tired raggedy self to the register to refund me but couldn’t go to the register to charge me for the other fry…
