So I go there in the morning on my way to work at 330am so the last few times I went I ask for fresh food cause its not busy I dont want nothing from the warmer an every freaking time does not fail our food is fresh already smh an never is my bread hard all around the the edges an the hash browns is room temp if im lucky an this the 3rd time ima just get drinks an fries cause I want have this iissue seriously same with the fish filet ask for fresh ab get told no everytime

This location is a little hard to get in/out of if you are driving west and want to continue west. We ordered breakfast and mine was fine and quick. My daughter’s smoothie was not ready so they asked us to park in space 1 for the drive thru. 7 mins later they still had not brought it out. My daughter asked if she should go in and ask for it – but with the people that were hanging around the place I didn’t feel safe for her to go in alone. So I drove around and went in to get it.

Worst McDonalds ever!! Homeless woman with no pants at drive thru and the shamrock shake was nothi More than vanilla shake with green dye on top, not even mixes, and only 3/4 full! Avoid this McDonald’s!!

I ordered at around 8:40pm on 7/27. Both ranch snack wraps looked like this. Where’s the rest of the cheese and ranch dressing? It took several minutes to get these, so I assumed they were making them properly, but I was wrong. Do better!

Everybody here at this restaurant is really nice and they always make my food hot and ready to go. The Young girl who hands you the food for morning service at the window 2 is so rude she slams the window in your face doesn’t let you ask for condiments she never gives you time to put your drinks in the drink holder she’s constantly throwing the food your way rushing you rolls her eyes at you when you’re not going as fast as she is she has the worst attitude I don’t understand why she comes to work if she doesn’t like her job.

Worst McDonald’s ever! If I could give zero stars I would. Bought 2 sandwiches, they were gross, went back through the drive though and the guy said they were closing for an hour and I’d have to come back. It was 2am. I came back the next day when I was in the area and now I’m being told the manager on duty can’t help me and I’d have to wait another 20 minutes. All I was trying to do was get 2 new sandwiches. I wasn’t asking for any $ back. Unbelievable. The lady barely spoke English, I couldn’t understand what she was saying so I asked her to explain it again, and she closed the window on me. I’ve never been treated so disrespectful in my life and I’m spending my hard earned dollars. What happened to customer service?????

Very rude and disrespectful. I recommend go the extra mile. And find a better McDonald’s because this location is trash. And it’ll have you feeling like you’re trash. They don’t know how to cook. They overcooked my burgers overstepped. When I was feeding my service, animal threatened to contact law. Enforcement, because I was finishing my food literally chewing my last bite . I’ll call corporate n htybecause of discrimination if I did not have my work bag or my dog. They would have probably treated me differently, but they had assumed disrespected and profiled me. I wish this could go to the chain of command and I honestly will not stop until I do I will never be coming back to that McDonald’s. Because I felt threatened and attacked

This place is run by the worst people. They are rude, especially when you as to use the restroom. The ladies yell at everyone and say rude comments like “this is McDonald’s, not your house”
The kiosk is out of printer paper so no one knows when their order is called. Out of products a lot.
I came in for an unsweetened ice tea, only after ordering and paying I was told they don’t have it.
I won’t be back to this location.

Every time we order here (drive thru) it’s a struggle for them to give sauce for the nuggets. We always order 20 pc nuggets. They don’t add the dip even after they ask what sauce. And when we ask for it they always say it’s in the bag and when I say we didn’t get it they would give an attitude while they give me 1 sauce. 1 Sauce for 20pc nuggets 2 large fries (no ketchup either) and burgers. No napkin either. It’s the same for online order for delivery.
