Pinecrest Bakery is always a pleasure to visit. From the moment we walk in, we’re greeted with such a warm and welcoming attitude. Elizabeth and her team are so great, always welcoming us and knowing exactly how to make our coffees. They consistently make the best café con leche for my husband and I, perfect every time. The friendly service, cozy atmosphere, and delicious treats keep us coming back again and again. Truly one of our favorite spots! As I write my review, I’m actually here! ☕️❤️

Always love to come here Alejandro and Sabrina the Night Shift always treat me like family. Great vibes and outstanding customer service. Food is amazing quality! My favorite El jefe sandwich. I really like this place. They have great service and they have cold tap beer too. They have Modelo, Stella, Michelob Ultra and Heineken I think. The food is good. Flan for desert is really good. I had the rib. It is a big tomahawk type rib. Very good.

I strongly recommend to try the latte, or how locals call it ‘cafe con leche’ (pretty much latte to a whole different level!) Their recipe and craftsmanship rivals local staples such as Starbucks!
Reasonably priced, almost to that of pre-pandemic era, the tab is a bargain for the buck! In addition to being a consistent service, your expectations will be met regardless of the day or time.
South Miami should definitely pride itself from this coffeeshop, unlike others.

absolutely love this Pinecrest location! I come here every day, and the morning team is consistently amazing—so friendly, courteous, and welcoming. Elizabeth, Yalaima, Lisset, Aleina, and Claudia are truly the best. Their great service is the reason I keep coming back. They make every visit a pleasure!

I ordered for pick up with Uber Eats and the way they were handling orders was so disorganized they kept placing tickets all over the place. There was uber drivers waiting for over 30 minutes when I got there, and I the customer who ordered pick up waited over an hour that I couldn’t keep waiting, they didn’t even acknowledge me, or anyone else. I had to call uber to get a refund because I was never going to get my food. The cuban lady kept yelling if anyone asked for the order they were picking up stating she’s only one person having 2 other people working with her. No teamwork! Every time an order came out they just placed it anywhere, how could you keep track of the orders if they’re being placed everywhere? I run my own restaurant and the manager for this bakery obviously has no system in place and their employees need training. Please do better for the sake of the growth of your company!
