They need a better layout for the drive thru and mobile thru line at this location. I’ve never seen a layout for a Chick-fil-a like this one and it is not functional especially since this is a busy store. I ordered mobile thru but was told to get in the line for customers who hadn’t ordered yet (one line at the “drive thru entrance”) that then briefly splits out into mobile thru on the right and drive thru on the left but then merges again for giving out orders. What is the point of the mobile thru at this location? It also makes no sense to give customer’s orders out of order. Employees are coming all around the building just to give out food but then you’re stuck in line because the car in front of you hasn’t gotten their food yet. This creates extra traffic and long wait times. Maybe this location should consult with other Chick-fil-a locations on how to make their line more functional. You can offer Mobile thru but just have one complete line. The employee would just check the mobile thru person in versus us scanning the QR code. This will also probably help with the food being delivered in order so that the line can move faster and lesson the load on the employees running around.

Food is always good but the wait is horrible. They recently remodeled/added a “mobile” drive thru line but that wait is just a long as ordering while there…and its ALWAYS like this.

After a 2.5 hour drive I was excited to see a Chick-fil-A as our small town does not have one. My husband is active duty military with a CDL, we were pulling a simple 8ft trailer, as we approached the drive thru we looked for signs that indicated trailers we not allowed, but we did not see one, so my husband continued into the drive thru. We were told to exit the drive thru because they said my husband was going to hit something, so they made sure to make it 10times harder and make him back up with traffic all around us, (which my husband did easily) and exit the drive thru. I just don’t not understand how they will make someone reverse with traffic around with a trailer but refuse to just let us go straight. At this point we were just frustrated, and decided to leave. If trailers are not wanted in the drive thru, please out signs up informing travelers rather then letting them enter, arriving at the speaker and then making them back up and exit.

Went there to grab a catering order. Food was good, but you have to put all orders on the site and they require a card even if u plan to pay with cash upon pick-up and I got charged on my card. It wasnt a big deal for me, but it could be different for someone else.

Y’all Y’all Y’all. When I tell you yummy for my tummy. It was yummy for my tummy. Now this is my second time in over 25 years reading Chick-fil-A. Now the first time wasn’t so good. I think it was the dressing. But when I tell you thank you Krystal W. for my salad today. I had what they call the Market Salad. And whew child. I love love love it. All done. Done. Done. Done. Love the food but worst parking and entrance and exit.. North Bossier on George Dement Dr is the dumbest set up for traffic.. Not sure why they didn’t account for high traffic but all I can say is that is Bossier City La..

We Love Chick-fil-a. Our last 2 visits were terrible. We both had chicken sandwiches and they were not fresh. I was shocked,next time was breakfast the chicken was not cooked enough and the hash browns were solid grease when you tried to eat them they were soggy. I didn’t make this post to get something free. Just thought the company needed to know.
