We stopped by just for Saturday for something to do and chill. We planned on apps and drinks and ended up with the play combo so our kids could go and play some games while we sat and talked. It was only brief, but the kids had a good time they scored a few prizes from the tokens that they had earned on their cards and the margaritas that we had were amazing. They were super delicious and our server was really nice and friendly. It was my first time actually ordering food at Dave & Buster’s, and the boneless wings were really tasty. I ordered the sliders and fries for myself and they were cooked to perfection.

Food was mid. Service was bad. Sat at a dirty table. No napkins brought we had to ask many times. Not enough plates brought. Server barely came to help and wings were good but rest of the food wasn’t. Mountain of nachos should be called mountain of tortilla chips cause they was barely any toppings on it.

This place is very fun and a great casino for kids lol. The food is pretty good and the service is ehhhhhh. All the games are very fun and you can get a bunch of tickets on all the games ( I suggest doing the drop the ball into the fish bowl thing game and you can get on average 100 tickets a play). We spent hours on the exciting games and hanging out. The prizes aren’t insanely expensive but some of the prizes cost wayyyyy to much for what they are. Overall it’s a very good experience and I absolutely suggest it.

Most of the Staff is amazing at this location. Gary, the GM, made it a Point to come introduce Himself, last Visit, He told Us We’re valued and His “Favorite Guests”. So Sweet. I also have to mention the Bartender, Benjamin. He is always quick with a smile and genuine demeanor. Fast. Accommodating & Super knowledgeable about promotions. Those two always make Us feel like the Legendary member Status we’ve become. I wish other Staff members were more reliable. We stopped coming for a few months due to poor service. Give those tow bonuses and incentives to keep up the good work, please. We spend a lot of money here.

We recently had my son’s birthday party at the Concord location. In past years we usually do a big bash and rent a room, which we’ve always been really satisfied with. This year we had a smaller group of kids and decided to make reservations online and reserve a booth.
Our server Brittney was the only one taking care of our area and she was super sweet and helpful. Great attitude, very warm and friendly. I let her know what we were needing and asked her opinion about time frames and foods. She was awesome. As the kiddos arrived she checked in, and made sure we were good. Food arrived timely and correctly. She definitely helped relieve the self induced anxiety I tend to have whenever I’m hosting an event. I will for sure, suggest to friends Dave & Busters for events big and small.
The best part, was the great time had by all!

Had so much fun at this place but the server I had today was definitely a cherry on top! Her name was Jerry and her service was amazing always checked up on us, very nice and made us laugh/enjoy our time there! Made our experience here fantastic definitely will be coming back! Upon coming in to first dine and then play some games with my family (on my birthday) – we sat down in a booth (self-seating), mind you it was not too busy. We sat down for 15 minutes, with no acknowledgement or greeting. I then went up to where there were 4 employees were
congregating and grabbed our own menu’s. I then asked one of the employees if we can have a server come to our table – he responded “for what” – I said so we can order. Another 5 mins pass by and 3 other tables that came after us get served and acknowledged before us –
Still no one comes by. So I ask another employee if we can find whom ever is serving our area. With attitude she said “yeah, let me find them”.. at that point I say we will just eat somewhere else and if I can speak to a manager. Being in customer service for 15+ years and starting off in the food industry, I know how important customer care is. Jowahn, the manager came over and COMPLETELY turned our experience around. Listened, empathized and made it right. In addition, Cory was our server and he was great! Thank you for turning and “OW” into a “WOW”.

Horrible experience!! We went for Super Bowl after buying tickets to reserve table and all u can eat wings. 52 minutes for 1st order of wings. 38 minutes to get a coke. No water refill, alcoholic drinks took over an hour. Waiter had disappeared for 20-30 minutes at a time. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because a server by the name of Deja is as amazing. She helped us and brought refills after she noticed our waiter disappeared. She was trying her best to help us along with rest of the tables our that our horrible waiter left. We left before 1/2 time because we couldn’t get service or food. Waisted $100 on 3 tickets for crappy service and no food.

We came to this location for a birthday party and while it was fun, service all round was too slow.
Food: While the food was “ok” it wasn’t anything special. I did LOVE that they used actual fresh meat (IYKYK) and while the fries were much too small in size and portion, they were cooked to perfection.
Dessert: We had the s’mores cheesecake and the fruit loop cereal cake.
The s’mores cheesecake is a 3/10, tastes more like mousse than cheesecake and the consistency was just as bad. The crust at the bottom and the marshmallow was the only thing good on the plate. They also could’ve used much more graham cracker crumbs.
The fruit loop dessert was good, I’d give it an 8/10, it was the first to go. I just wasn’t a fan of the cream at the base, though it paired well with the cereal for most of our table. It could’ve used much more cake than frosting as well, so I guess a 7/10- as for flavor it’s a 9.5/10.
Service: Service was very slow, I’m sure I seen our waiter at roughly 5 tables. People came and went because of how long it took just to order. Multiple things took a while to come out, something as simple as water took about 20 minutes or more to get to our table. They definitely need more staff on Saturdays to remedy this.
Games: the games were fine, we only had one issue with games not working and once with tickets not being added. It took much too long to get the credits back for the game and they had my kids going back and forth for something that should be an instant fix. They could also use more staff in the prize area.
We didn’t get the 20 nor 100 free credits for signing up either.

Large place good for big groups. Good deals for food and play options. The drinks were super sweet though. Service was decent. Only negative was there were a ton of unsupervised teens there. I thought a place that lets you walk around with alcohol would have policies against unsupervised minors, but that was not the case. There were groups of kids and teens everywhere.
