Nice casual with lots of tables available were could stay awhile and visit with family. Best restaurant in Horseheads we were told. Service was good and attentive. Food was solid and addicting and heavy to eat more. Parking lot of the mall which looks pretty deserted. Good dessert.

Location, ambience are good. Service is extremely slowwww. They need to do something about it. You end up eating tons of complimentary salad and bread which ruins your appetite by the time main entrees come in. Pastas are little dryer than other locations.

Love to eat here, but on our last visit tonight we had dirty silverware and a hair in one of our dinners. There was food particles on both of our sets of silverware. Then when our food arrived there was a hair in one of our meals. The manager was very good about it. I just hope they keep a better eye on the cleanliness of the restaurant.

The forks had food on them 2 out of three gross I’m not sure I would come back here. Food was nothing special but it’s okay. Cups were also quite gross.

We went here for dinner. It was really nice experience and enjoyed the Alfredo Pasta. Also reasonable price and generous portions. I also had Modelo 22 Oz beer . Overall great time and definitely will back here again.

Went on Saturday night for family dinner (5) of us, as we live 45 minutes away. Kitchen took 45 minutes just for salad. Your kitchen staff have some serious issues as we waited 1 hour plus just for two bowls of soup. Then it came out warm not hot. Server was great but should never take so long for salad. Main course shouldn’t take over hour after your salad ever. Time to find some new staff. Very disappointed for sure.

Was there for a luncheon with the ladies from church. The food was delicious and fairly priced, the service wasn’t so good today but the waitress wasn’t feeling well and you could tell she was grumpy so I don’t know it might normally be very good. The atmosphere is always good very nice place we were in a separate room and very quiet we could talk among ourselves and hear each other. Absolutely love their pasta and their salads aren’t bad either.

Olive Garden never disappoints! The Chicken Scampi was delicious and the unlimited breads and drinks flowed as always. I always appreciate the service and the efficiency of Olive Garden. I love being able to pay at the table with the tablet on the table, and also the ability to actually order some things. It adds to the efficiency without taking away the interaction with the wait staff for the main meal.

Food and drinks were amazing. Our server Bethany made us feel welcomed and taken care of by providing us with excellent service. Came in for lunch and it wasn’t too busy. Really clean inside and our food and drinks arrived quickly. Order was 100% accurate and the quality was great.
