My wife and I came in to dine for the first time in a while and I have to say we had a lovely experience! As a restaurant manager of a competing chain, I can be highly critical of other restaurants at times, but there was no faults to be found here! The food was fantastic, especially for the low price tag.
Even though the car park was full, the restaurant layout means that it’s never too noisy or crowded, perfect for an intimate date night. The dining room was clean and tidy as well, which is always a great positive.
Valerie was a great server, very personable and super competent! We had the pleasure of sitting in her section and could hear that she was giving every table the same level individual care and attention. If you’re looking at coming here to eat, be sure to ask for her!

my waitress Jessenia Z was fabulous. The lunch specials are great. The soups are yummy. The breadsticks are a bonus. My shrimp was yummy too and liked that it was prepared with veggies.
however when I asked for a table for one, I was asked if I’d like to sit in the bar area. Restaurants should not treat single patrons differently.

Dont know what happened to the food especially the bread sticks. The bread sticks used to be good now definitely they have garlic salt not garlic powder making them very salty..The chicken parm was also salty. Im done with this place. Something has changed and its not good.

Good and plentiful food. Service was very attentive and friendly. Atmosphere was perfect with ample room to accommodate a wheelchair.

Hunter, a new server was very helpful and friendly. Made the experience a little better. Although, Lynn (Manager or leadership role) already ruined our dining experience with her bad attitude at the front door. Her snarky comments left a bad taste in our mouths that was more detrimental than the taste of the food. Not worth it. Will not be back. Lynn could definitely use some customer service training. I could tell her team was stressed and unmotivated. Bad leadership can ruin a business. Good Luck!

The usual here. Salad is great & love the breadsticks. We ordered meals and drinks too, which were good and took 1/2 home because nice portion size. The only disappointment this time was the drink was really overpriced & very little alcohol, more like fruit juice, so we won’t be doing that again. Just stick to glass of wine.
