The meal was very delicious and served hot and fresh. However my second visit was not so well maybe due to the pack place I don’t know. But the sandwich was awful, not well done and has weird taste.
They never give utensils when you order mac and cheese, and this time I was overcharged because the worker assumed I wanted a meal when I didn’t. On top of that, there is always a long wait time just to get errors corrected—after they mess up.
Avoid at all costs. It is absolutely worth driving to a different location. Too many issues and a complete hassle. I had already been waiting 15 minutes for the grilled BBQ chicken sandwich with a lettuce wrap that I ordered.
UPDATE: After waiting 20 minutes, I had to go inside because they completely forgot about me. When I finally received my order, it was still incorrect. At that point, I just left. I have never experienced service like this in my life. I will be posting photos of what I ordered versus what I received for reference. The first photo shows what I got, and the second shows what I ordered. I simply wanted to try the new grilled sandwich with lettuce instead of buns.
FINAL UPDATE: I contacted the manager on duty, and she did rectify the situation. I was refunded and also given a free meal for my next visit with the correct order. I appreciate her taking responsibility and resolving the issue.
