I didn’t know that pho place existed, and since I was living in Plano, I never thought to go there to have pho. Now that I’ve moved to Richardson, a friend told me about the place. I tried it, and it wasn’t as bad as others said. I’ve gone there three times and was never disappointed.

If anyone is ordering to go, the best way to get hot pho is to reboil the soup and then add the remaining noodles and meat after the soup is boiled; don’t put it in the microwave with the noodles together. I personally prefer softer noodles, so I will cook my pho noodles with the soup. If you don’t like softer noodles, then boil the soup first and add it, then turn off the heat.

So happy we finally found a solid pho spot
Tried the bún bò Huế, pho, and spring rolls — everything hit the spot. The biggest win was the broth: not overly sweet, rich, and very home-y tasting. You can tell this is a neighborhood favorite; lots of regulars and a comfortable, no-frills vibe. Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to.

Great spot for a quick lunch. The flavor is already better than many places in Dallas. If they added pork blood and chả Huế, the Bún Bò Huế would be perfect.

My husband and I come here every weekend. The pho broth is so clean and flavorful, and they give a very generous amount of meat. We always enjoy our meals here and highly recommend this place

Good solid place for pho and BBH. We wanted to try the spring rolls but they said they were out. So got the fried eggrolls. It was good. I also ordered a rice dish to go-and it was also delicious. I will say I did not get the right veggies for BBH-we got a huge plate of basil and bean sprouts.

My wife and I enjoyed our experience. Staff was friendly and waitress was attentive. Per wife, her pho was very good, it was better than most places. For me, I ordered the Bun Bo Hue, and it lacked flavor. I threw in everything that was available to me, like the condiments, greens, spices, etc, but it still lacked flavor. I was slightly disappointed, but I will give this place another shot since a lot of my friends recommend this place for the Bun Bo Hue.

Got the bun bo hue, the broth was tasty but the meat was tough. Should’ve been an indicator of something wrong… upon leaving i started to get really bad stomach aches. I have never gotten this level abdominal discomfort from any restaurant in the US. Would not recommend this place.

I’ve been to this restaurant for several years. Their food quality is consistent to this day. Although this is the 2nd time that they have given me and my family a hard time service wise. The first time they didn’t bother greeting us or getting us seated. We waited for 10 minutes without any service and just left. Just yesterday we came back from a trip and decided we wanted some Bun Bo Hue. We got our food only 5 mins in I realized my bowl of Bun Bo Hue is chipped and the broth starts leaking into my legs. Instead of being apologetic the staff decided to mock us and was unapologetic. The only staff there that apologize was the lady with the green shirt who’s been there for a while. Props to her. She brought me out a new bowl. Don’t get me wrong their food is great but the service definitely needs work. I’m debating whether I want to come back in the future.

When I eat pho I need the broth to be good, and this place has been placed in my top 2 for pho! It’s full of flavor and the meatball/filet are the best ones I’ve tasted. Highly recommend!!’
