I had never been to any Bojangles restaurant before. I heard that they specialize in chicken. When the manager told it has some “kick” to it I thought I wouldn’t like it. He gave me a sample chicken drumstick. It was very tasty. I ordered a 12 pack of chicken bites with honey mustard, a side of cole slaw and an unsweetened tea. The service, the food, everything was better than I expected. I’m impressed!

We were unable to order using the AI service at the call box, and the woman that answered was EXTREMELY RUDE. We had to repeat our order twice and when we were finally done, she said “Jesus Christ,” as we pulled away. Very unprofessional and unnecessary behavior. No wonder she’s at a Bojangles at 10 AM, if she talks to people like that.

Horrible service didnt get the names they didnt have a name on. It was two women maybe late 40s on the chunkier side they looked alike very rude to us from taking our order til we left. i asked for a cup holder and one of them threw it i was polite used my words please and thank you even after getting treated like that. My sister didnt get one of her biscuits and as she went to the register the other very rudely said what are you missing and as she told her she yells across the restaurant and said she missing a biscuit

Petty! For whatever reason, every time my husband goes into this particular establishment he is made to feel extremely uncomfortable by the manager. We don’t go in for a 3pc meal either, we normally order the family pack. She always leaves something out of the order and yesterday not only did she leave something out, this is what we got as our gravy! If you can’t service your customers with pride and respect, you should not be in the service industry. Get it together!

During lunch time the service is great and the food is good. Anytime during night shift you always have to wait on something, even a simple tender order you have to wait. Staff is rude and clueless. Great during the day. Highly don’t recommend in the evening.

Our tour bus broke down and the manager on shift allowed our group of 53 to stay inside while we waited. She was very welcoming and we very much appreciated her hospitality.

I would like to commend Sherry, the manager, for doing such a great job. It took a little longer than normal to get our order today, but I was very impressed at how well she took the opportunity to teach her new employees how to be a little more efficient. We need more managers like her that take advantage of teaching moments, rather than having a condescending tone. Great as usual!
