Came here with my wife and almost 2 year old for the play place. My daughter really enjoyed it and met some nice kids who helped her get around.
Turns out these nice kids were the kids of a Chick Fil A employee who was super helpful to everyone on the dining area.

The location is quite pleasant, and the employees are generally friendly. The food is good; however, I was a bit disappointed with the lettuce-wrapped chicken sandwich. The chicken was served on two pieces of warm, rather limp lettuce, and I believe there could be a more appealing way to prepare it. It appears to be a consistently busy location.

I ordered through DoorDash, a grilled Chicken Sandwich with a side salad and the Chicken Sandwich that was supposed to be grilled was supposed to be on a multi grain bun without tomato. Instead , I received the bag from the door dash driver and looked at the receipt on there and specifically stated what I had ordered. However , when I open the sandwich , it was a fried chicken sandwich with tomato on a regular bun. I called the corporate customer service number.And after a few minutes on the phone, the lady told me that it was a problem with DoorDash and I would have to register the complaint with them.How was that even possible?They didn’t fill the order, Chick fil a did. He recently I’ve had several bad experiences yet never posted a negative review.Therefore , I am done with chick fil a period.

I would not eat here. I go through the drive thru to pick up orders for coworkers and each time I hear one of the workers say something unflattering of the restaurant to one another. One stood outside the cash tent talking to the guy running the register saying there’s always water on the floor in the back that they have to wade through, that someone spilled fries and still put them in a customer’s bag, how they like to upsell people regardless of what they originally asked for, etc. I’m waiting right there, not even 4 ft away with my window down waiting for the drive thru line to move – they have to know customers can hear them. I nearly always come back to work with new Chick fil a employee commentary. Also, the drive thru situation is a nightmare.

Probably the best fast food chain, for my taste, especially for breakfast. Their overall approach is first class. Great tasting food, which always seems to be fresh. The staff is sharp looking and always eager to do anything possible to help customers have an excellent experience. The property is always very clean. The only constructive feedback I would have is that the line is a bit awkward. Other than that, this place is absolutely amazing.

I was on my way to work but was very hungry. I placed an order for carry out at 5:17 PM on a Tuesday evening. I got the eight count nuggets, fries, and half sweet tea/half lemonade for my beverage. I also got a brownie. I was maybe a minute away from the restaurant when the order was placed. When I arrived, I parked and waited a couple minutes before going inside.
Around 5:21pm, I received a notification via the app that my food was ready and that I would get it soon. By this time, I was already inside waiting. By the pick up area. I heard other people’s name be called but mine hadn’t been. At 5:26pm, I went to the counter and my food was ready. My name wasn’t called, so I don’t know how long my food was sitting there.
When I got to my car, I started to eat my fries and they were okay. They were more on the warm side and didn’t seem the freshest. However, they weren’t nasty. The chicken nuggets weren’t as crispy as I’m used to from Chick Fil A. They were definitely more on the softer side. Nonetheless, they tasted fine. I enjoyed the brownie. Overall, while not the chick fil a normal, it was decent.

It is always a hit or miss at this exact location. The food temperature is usually good but there’s a 50% chance my order will be wrong. I need to start sitting in the line and make sure my order is accurate before pulling off but I hate feeling like I’m holding up the line. Today I ordered the seasonal spicy grilled deluxe with Colby-jack. There’s no cheese and this is a regular grilled sandwich with old soggy tomatoes. It’s very frustrating to not receive what you paid for.

Chicken always taste better when God smiles on it… This place was great and lived up to the usual amazing customer service hype Chic Fil A provides. I Don’t know if there’s anyone who never tried them Chic before, but we certainly do recommend if you have not.

This Chick Fil a is super busy all the time, probably the busiest in Greensboro. Went yesterday around 3 pm and the drive thru was wrapped around the building. The coffee at that time was very stale and we had to wait for them to make more chicken strips as they almost got our order wrong by only giving us one 4 count of strips instead of the two 4 counts we paid for. The lady said we need to pull up and wait because they need to cook more. Meanwhile they had many bags by the drive thru window that looks ready to go. We waited a few minutes and a gentleman brought out the other order that happen to have an extra strip and a nugget in it for our troubles I guess. A lot of hassle to get food from this location to say the least.

I ordered a bacon and egg English muffin with coffee with Splenda and cream. I drove to the charging station one block away. I thought I was going to enjoy my breakfast. The muffin was terrible and the I did not receive any cream for my coffee. Now I am sitting here charging my EV and cannot go back for at least 30 minutes to get cream for my coffee which will be cold. Chick fil-a was always a place that got it right. Not anymore.
