Had to drop to a 4 because they forgot to put the frazzled onions on my mahi. But!
The shrimp were grilled to perfection. Mahi mahi and fries were packed with flavor.
Calamari with peppers was flawless as well. Felt like we were missing a sauce too. I ordered it online for pick up and loved every bite.
I bet those onions would have really tied the dish together.
I’ll give them another shot next time I’m out this way.

For starters, host and wait staff were great. Very attentive and kind. Sweet tea and coke zero were okay. Atmosphere and decorations are cute.
Now that out of the way, we were both born and raised on the Gulf and Fresh Gulf shrimp. I fully understand that this is a chain restaurant, however this is touted as a great SHRIMP restaurant. No, can confirm it is not. And this is our first time here (also, coincidentally.. our last time)
The peel and eat shrimp we ordered half garlic and half Cajun – neither had much if any flavor. That would not have been a terrible thing but the fact that the peeling the shells were like Velcro. So probably old frozen /overcooked shrimp.
Would I ever come here to eat shrimp again – absolutely not.

My first time dining in here! The menu has changed from online. There’s not many shrimp in 1/2 pound Cajun shrimp appetizer. Lemonade is interesting with passion fruit balls. Nice Forrest Gump scenery.

Decided to stop by on our roadtrip. We were greeted and seated immediately. Christy came over and took our drink order, even made sure to ask what souvenir cup we wanted for the drinks we ordered. I wanted coconut shrimp but unfortunately it wasn’t on the menu. We mentioned this to Christy and she was very happy to put in an order of coconut shrimp for me! The food came out fairly quickly and was absolutely delicious. Christy made sure to check on us throughout the whole experience. She came to our table and talking to us for a bit and even played a little trivia with us.Christy was very polite, friendly, and attentive. Would definitely come again. Ask for Christy when you come to this place!

I am visiting from Texas and have been here a week. Every dining experience we have had has been very good, until tonight and we decided to order Bubba Gump’s for pickup. The quality of the food was absolutely horrible. The calamari was rubbery and tough and was inedible. The stuffed shrimp was subpar and underwhelming for $30. The fish and chips were worse than frozen tilapia you can buy at Costco, not to mention they were very thin. The fried catfish didn’t even look appetizing. The whole meal was disappointing especially for the price. I considered calling for a refund, but anticipated that this would be more trouble than it was worth and waste more of my time on a horrible dining experience. I will never dine at Bubba Gump’s again and can spend less money for a far better meal at numerous places in Biloxi. If you have money to throw away on an overpriced dinner that was horrible, eat here.

We had a wonderful experience at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., and our waitress, Christy played a huge role in that. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. She checked on us regularly, made great menu recommendations, and ensured everything was perfect throughout our meal. Her positive attitude and excellent service truly made our visit memorable. We’ll definitely be back and hope to have her as our server again!

Great restaurant! Food was awesome . I tried a new dish and it did not disappoint. The staff was friendly , they played trivia with my son and made our visit great . The manager even stopped by the table to check on us (Tameka). We will be back soon!
