The waitress in the bar area of this restaurant behaved very rudely and unpleasantly. She didn’t even wipe down the table when asked, but did so with a dirty, dry rag. This is the first time this has happened; before, there were normal people working here. We always relax here. Today, the quality of the staff is very poor!!! I moved to a normal area.

I’ve tried nachos in many places, but this one is number one for me! It has that perfect chili flavor and the right balance of ingredients — cheese, pico de gallo, jalapeños, a tasty tomato sauce, and thin, light tortilla chips. They’re not hard or heavy; they’re crisp but easy to eat and swallow. So good that you can enjoy them even if you’re not hungry!
Everything is in perfect proportion, with the true flavor of real nachos. The portion size is great too — perfect for sharing (I can’t finish it alone!). And the price? Just right. Definitely recommend it!

Normally I only leave good reviews but this is personal because this has been my GO-TO B-Dubs for over a decade. RIGHT NOW I’m sitting in Red Robin next door enjoying the Bears game, food, and beer because Dominick told me to wait in my car. It’s 10 degrees outside, there’s plenty of waiting area seating, I didn’t see him ask anybody else to go sit in their car.
In fact, I’ve been coming to this Red Robin a lot lately; there’s always seating available and a bartender or waitress ready.
I really, really hope this buffalo wild wings doesn’t go downhilland I look forward to updating this review. Go BEARS!

Came in hoping to grab dinner before a movie across the street. Despite the restaurant being about half empty, we waited 10 minutes just to be seated. After finally sitting down, no one came to our table for another 10 minutes.
We eventually moved to the bar to order, but after placing our order, another 20 minutes passed with no food or updates. Since we were about to miss our movie, we asked if we could get the food to go. We were told yes, but that we would need to box it ourselves — frustrating, but at that point we just wanted to leave.
When we asked to pay, the bartender said she couldn’t even step away to grab our check. The restaurant was clearly severely understaffed.
We ultimately decided to leave, but still wanted to do the right thing and pay for our two fountain drinks. Even that took another five minutes, and the total came to $8.
Every staff member we interacted with was doing their best — this isn’t a reflection of their effort. The issue is management and staffing. On a Friday night, this location simply isn’t equipped to function as a sit-down restaurant anymore. At best, it seems suited only for to-go orders of the usual fried, sauced items

Myqueta was our server and she was phenomenal! We had a party of 13 people & 7 of them were preteens. Myqueta was very attentive, polite and patient & went above and beyond for us! The orders came out correct and the birthday girl and friends were happy. She avrscc to re checked on our table several 5 times. We never got to say thank you before we left.

We got sat down at the restaurant a quarter before 6 with the intent of getting something off the happy hour menu. (Which ends at 6 during weekdays.) The waiter kept checking up on us, so she knew of our presence, by continuously checking on us saying she’ll get to us but didn’t start to take our order till 6:01PM. Due to this we were unable to get anything off the happy hour menu and couldn’t make an exception even though it’s off by a minute. We called the manager, Rich, has no proper customer service. Was extremely rude with us, even after explaining our situation. He has no etiquette.

Great food, terrible service. In total my wait time for service was well over an hour. Meals were served without utensils, asking for utensils from bus staff resulted in being ignored. Would not return given the poor quality of service here, a shame because the food is decent. When you have to wait over a half-hour for the check, you start to feel very tempted to get up and leave. Check will be paid, and will not return.

Waited at the host stand for 10 minutes before being acknowledged. Plenty of staff walking by and standing around talking to each other. At least acknowledge the people waiting to give you their money. Walked down to Chili’s instead and were instantly greeted and taken care of.

I’ve visited this location previously, and this is one of my favorite ones. I feel the food always comes out delicious and well cooked. Service never fails to amaze. We got taken care of immediately and waiter helped me with my seating needs
