I honestly wouldn’t rate this place one star if there was an option for zero stars I would choose that. We got here at 4:20. Around 5:25 we still haven’t got any food, my grandma just got her margarita for it to still be wrong. When we got our drinks, the coke was not coke… it was out of syrup or something, absolutely disgusting, they didn’t even tell us their machine was down, they just handed us the drinks.we had to wait 15-20 just for the appetizer. At 5:29 half our food came.
The rest of the food came at 5:40, one had hair on the side of the plate, the two steaks one was supposed to be medium rare and the other medium. These are severely overcooked, they keep blaming that the system was down. We told them to remake our food, luckily we said something because they weren’t even gonna remake it.
It is my brother’s birthday and we just wanted to have a nice family dinner. And we come here for everything to be wrong. I would not recommend this place whatsoever. No wonder no one is in here eating. The salad bar is pathetic, the cheese was wet, the lettuce was bout empty, so was the cucumbers and ham, nothing was restocked.
They gave us $40 off, and free ice cream, they made our waiter cry three times today, on his birthday at that. 6:16 we finally paid and leaving.

I enjoyed eating at this location the manager Shekara was outstanding in making sure we were okay and our server Samantha was as pleasant as can be!! I definitely recommend!! Give these women a raise ‼️‼️‼️

Our server and bartender Cynthia was very personable, attentive and professional. Cynthia made us aware of all the specials and answered all of our questions about the menu choices. The food was very tasty and served as we ordered. Cynthia checked with us several times during our meal to make sure we had everything we needed!

Ended up going here because every other sit down restaurant was packed. Should have been a sign…. when we walked in, it felt like we were interrupting their rest. Waitress acted like she didn’t want to serve us. When the food came, barely warm, what we were told was ribeye was thinner than flank steak. It also sat in a pool of grease deeper than the steak was thick. Ribs were so dry I could have just chewed on the bone. I will overlook terrible food for great service, this was neither. I usually tip wait staff regardless, I’m sad to say, I left nothing. We paid the bill and left after a few bites. Do NOT recommend…..

Surprised to see a Ruby’s still open so was excited to stop in for the salad bar. Unfortunately this salad bar was not very stocked. Most items were empty and lettuce didnt look good so ended up not getting it. Sat us in bar area as not many servers. The game was on so would have been good but server said the direct tv was broke so no tvs.
Server was attentive. Appetizer trio came out hot but food just ok. Belly ache after.

Server had hand held device to pay and mentioned they needed to terminate employees recently for stealing credit cards from guests not giving them back when they paid their bill.
Overall uncomfortable place would chose elsewhere if passing thru in future

It has been a few years since we’ve been to Ruby Tuesday’s, and if our next visit is based totally on this experience, it will be a few more years before we return. The place wasn’t busy at all, but it took at least 20 minutes after bringing the water before they took our order. When I finally received the Bourbon Glazed Salmon, Baked Potato, and Sautéed Zucchini I discovered that the baked potato was as hard as a rock. The salmon was acceptable, and the zucchini was absolutely delicious. My wife ordered the Ultimate Chicken Sandwich and fries, but she said there was nothing ultimate about it. We frequent Florence often, but it’ll be a while before we return to eat at this place.

From the moment that Crystal walked up to our table, we could tell that she was amiable and professional. She made sure that we had the drinks that we wanted and took our appetizer order. A few minutes later, Crystal brought our warm nachos and queso dip then took our entree order. She answered questions regarding the preparation of our meal. My brother likes his wings hot, but not blowtorch hot. Crystal advised him on a suitable sauce and was right on target. My crispy chicken tender with mac and cheese was perfection. Our glasses were always topped off and nachos refreshed. Because if Crystal, our meal was a 10 out of 10!

The food was awesome! Ordered the shrimp platter, a simple yummy burger with bacon and cheese plus fries for the little one, and crispy chicken mac n cheese. No complaints! Waitress was perfect. Place was clean and very relaxing.
