My boyfriend and I were around the area and decided to check out the Applebee’s around here as we frequent the Federal Way location. There was plenty of parking around Tuesday afternoon. Now here is the tricky part, the entrance is not super close to the entrance. There is a way to get in but it’s not where the hostess is but close to where the bathrooms are. Once we entered and saw we weren’t at the actual entrance, we made our way over to the hostess stand and our hostess was welcoming and got us seated immediately which was really close to where we originally entered from. I saw that Applebee’s has lunch specials now which is interesting.
Our waitress Lacey was very professional and efficient as she gave us great service, checked in us at appropriate times and made sure that we had a good experience. One thing I wished that Lacey told us is that the other options that you can have besides fries cost extra, which my boyfriend wasn’t aware of. I feel like if you upcharge your customer, you should mention that. We came here for The Really Big Meal deal that they still have going on and to use a free appetizer coupon that I got from Applebee’s.
We got our usual spinach and artichoke dip appetizer, I got the Big Bangin’ Burger while my boyfriend got the Big Cluckin’ Grilled Chicken Sandwich. The dip was a lot smaller than we are used to and the burgers took a little longer than intended as well. The food tasted very good, we did enjoy the waffle fries and burgers. I really enjoyed the bacon and jalapeño sauce that came with my burger as it had a great spicy kick. The chicken burger here was great too as I had the same one at the Federal Way location and it tasted pretty similar. We were able to check out just fine with their new smaller and better design kiosk. Definitely a great Applebee’s location.

Dine in is good, but leaving this as a warning for this thing. Ordered o-m cheese burger and got a bacon burger cut in half with 2 small spoonfuls of cream sauce. Not worth it to get this thing for take out I could get the same sandwich cheaper at burger king

Typical Applebee’s. Happy hour is a great value. The service at the bar this evening were very pleasant and attentive. My water arrived quickly and food just after. Friendly chat about the MNF with bartender and boys at the bar. I’d definitely come back.

Our server Hannah was amazing, she checked in on us regularly and made sure we were all having a good time. When someone accidentally took our silverware Hannah noticed and replaced them immediately. Great service to n her end!

Came here to pick up a DoorDash order and this lady came to me and ask me the name of the order while grabbing something and made a big noise and I told her the name and she didn’t hear it obviously because of the noise she made and she said yelling
“ WHAT!!!!???? ” And she walked away. Another person came in to pick up a DoorDash order and ask for the name of the order and the gentlemen said he doesn’t speak English very good and she literally starts shaking her head! After reading the name off his phone she said “ YOU GUYS REALLY NEED TO START LEARNING TO SAY SOME NAMES!!! “ and completely ignored us after that. A lady with a green outfit with glasses kindly ask the names of the order which was the way the other employee was suppose to ask in the first place. She must be really racist or have mental issues. She seemed really annoyed because we entered the restaurant .

Patrick is an absolute rockstar, most of the staff here are great but he really does good work. I come in and he’s friendly, fast, and very knowledgeable. His service (and the desserts) keep me and my friends coming back. I hope he gets recognition for his hard work!!!

2025- Ok, obviously I’ve been back. They have new things on the menu. We got roped in with their $10 burger and a drink special they started in January. That was awesome! The special is gone, but we’ve been back for a few burgers which are ok. The southwest chicken salad is better than I expected, I don’t think it comes with dressing. Yum! Leah S and Marenda H were the best servers we’ve had so far here. Food is better.

Been there about 5 times during my 6 days of stay at Auburn. Food is tasty and affordable at the same time. You could fill your stomach without breaking the bank. You should also try visiting them during Happy Hours. I highly recommend their appetizers like boneless wings, quesedilla. They both are great portioned and tasty. We tried their 2 bite brownie and Chicken tacos. Didn’t like tacos but brownie was good. We also tried their $32 deal and ordered 2 portions of chicken breast with prawns and a side, which was great. During our time of visit, the same deal was served for $28 and then on our 4th visit, the price increased to $32. Servers Quinn and Cody were great. On the last night, we were a bit late and their dine in was closed but we were still accommodated by Rachel (manager). There were days when there was a long wait or the food was not upto the mark but all in all a great place to be for good hearty meals.

I feel like the American diner experience is dying. We had a group of 5 but couldn’t sit in a bigger seating area instead had to squeeze into a booth. They weren’t busy the whole 2 hours we were there? The food took a really long time and the waitress kept messing up who ordered which drink. My wife found hair in her food but hey we just chalked it up to the new norm. Food was sitting for awhile as it was cold when we got it. I mean we did have a party of 5 but maybe the diner scene just isn’t the same and we need to change up where we go.
