Horrible, waitress was the worst. We waited roughly about 40 minutes for our food to arrive. And the place wasn’t busy at all. We arrived there roughly around 3:40 and left as soon as our food arrived. We got served 2 drinks and one piece of bread the whole entire time. She wasn’t at all concerned about us or her tip that she might receive. Other than the service being crappy , the food was great! As we were leaving I ordered a salad to go, if I didn’t ask for it she had no problem letting me leave without it. I have never received bad service from an establishment this was a first for us. Her focus was making sure the bar was clean and the chairs were correct, oh an a blender those were her concerns.Our food came out as the second table was getting there appetizer. Our food probably sat there a while before anyone, including our waitress decided to go check in on it

The food and service were outstanding! I had a ribeye and it was cooked perfectly and was very tender. The restaurant was quiet and the beer was cold.

Our waitress Topanga was amazing! We had a 12 top that was complicated and she handled us with grace! Rachel who also works there came visit our table with food and did amazing!! We were celebrating my daughter’s 18th birthday and they definitely catered to our needs!! Food was delicious and service was a 10/10!!

I ordered To-Go and as I pulled up and opened my door to go inside, a young lady walked out, asked my name and presented me with my order. That in itself was superb! The food was great, got the 6oz sirloin(med)/Alice chicken combo. Both were spot on! The baked potato was not as great. It was well past it’s prime, it was super brown on the inside, which indicated to me, it had been in the warmer for a hot minute. Nonetheless, I was able to push on and kill it. The Caesar salad was good too. I’m happy and full, I’m sure if you go, you will be to.

Our server was great but the food, not so much. The salad had brown lettuce in it. All of us ordered steaks & none of them were cooked to the proper temperature. It took quite a bit of time to receive our food & when we finally did, pretty sure it had been sitting at the pass for a little bit based on the temperature it was at when it arrived to our table. Atmosphere was nice. Unfortunately won’t be returning since we spent a good amount of money for non-edible food.

I had an amazing dinner at Outback Steakhouse in Houma! It was definitely one of the best chain restaurant experiences I’ve had in a while. I went with the classic surf & turf combo, and both the filet and lobster tail were absolutely delicious. The steak was cooked perfectly, tender and flavorful with that signature Outback sear. The lobster tail was juicy, buttery, and seasoned just right – dipped in the drawn butter, it was a total treat!
The asparagus had a great texture (not overcooked like in some places), and the side salad was fresh and crisp with all the right toppings. Everything was served quickly, and our server was attentive, friendly, and kept things running smoothly without being intrusive.
The whole meal, from presentation to flavor to service, was just perfect. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, this Outback location delivers exactly what you’d hope for – solid food, good portions, and a laid-back, welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!

Food was good, but the steak was undercooked. Plus, I waited over 50 minutes nearly an hour for my main entree. It wasn’t my server’s fault. It seemed like everyone around me was getting their order but me. I spoke to a manager but he said it was like that through out the whole store and there was a large party of people that was the reason for the wait. I didn’t see any large party of people. All I know is that my order was almost an hour late. No compensation was given, just an apology. I wasn’t looking for my bill to totally erased, but at least some sort of $10-$15 gift card to return to make it right.

What a complete facelift!! Before Hurricane Ida, I rarely came here because the service, management, and food were just not great. Very mediocre, and I knew I would get better treatment and flavor elsewhere. After it reopened, I came for birthday dinners, and it has been amazing! I’m very impressed with how the staff and food are now! I have gone plenty of times since those birthday dinners and always requested for Nesha! She is so sweet and really does a great job being attentive. If you ever go, make sure to ask for her!!!

My mom and I came here for lunch and we had ms. Tiffany and she was amazing! Super friendly and has a great personality. Our food and drinks came out very quick. I tried my best to take pictures of everything but it looked so good I couldn’t resist to eat before the camera. My prime rib sandwich didn’t make it for the picture. But will definitely be back.
