Order is almost always wrong like today double cheeseburger plain and get a mc double with everything on it then a large fry and its half empty sweet tea light ice and get unsweetened ice tea with no ice and two ranch and get 2 little packets of sweet chili this is one order. And yes it was today 3/8/26. These people get paid almost 15 dollars an hour to mess up people’s orders im never going back to this location again

The manager Caitlyn was very nice. She greeted me with a smile and taken my order in a prompt amount of time. She made sure that my order was customized correctly and she gave me great service. Whomever made my breakfast sandwiches did a great job! Definitely made a great start to my day. The lounge area was clean as well so that was definitely a plus.

Every day I come here. The Frappee Machine is always down. I have to drive all the way to Davison to get one. The managers do not care at this location and they said the machines are down cause they get sticky and need to be cleaned. I said everyday??? I said so I can only get a Frappee in the mornings? If this wasn’t the only one beside Davison being open 247 this location should be shut down. Horriable Service.

This McDonald’s served up more than just hot fries—let’s talk about the service! The guy at the counter? Total vibe. Petite, tall, brown hair, blue eyes, and honestly? Serving looks and customer service realness. He had me ordering an extra McFlurry just to stick around longer. I think his name was Jacob, and honestly? He deserves a raise and a fan club.

Very disappointed with our service at this McDonald’s. We were told continuously to put our face mask over our nose, that we were not properly wearing our face mask. Obviously the manager Casey, as well as a couple of the employees at this establishment need to be updated on COVID-19 protocols to safely serve food and possibly take classes to better communicate with the general public. Once we brought it to the managers attention, we were told that we would have to leave if we did not comply. So my husband and I went outside to have a smoke and to contact corporate! It’s a shame that the only person doing their job here, was the cashier! Which is understandable, she is obligated to do her job, by politely asking us to properly wear our mask, I give her kudos for that! While all this conspired we witnessed, not only 1, but 2 of the employees not complying with such requirements! What I’m most concerned about is 1 of those employees was observed handling customers food and continued to do so while we waited for our food. If it is such a big deal to wear our mask, then ALL people, customers and employees should be required to follow such protocol! We refuse to be treated with such arrogance! I’ll be in contact with corporate first thing in the morning in regards to this incident and how poorly the manager handled the situation! We should of ate at Wendy’s!
