The food in this IHOP was delicious. I’ve gone to other IHOP restaurants where the food wasn’t that great. My eggs were fluffy, the seasoning on the sausages was tasty, the pancakes were mouthwatering. The menu is also very child friendly. My 1 and 5 year olds loved the pancakes and eggs. The proportions were just right for them. Also the service was excellent. My server was super friendly and attentive. We didn’t have to wait long for the food. I appreciate that because 1 and 5 year olds are not very patient.

Came on a Wednesday at about 11 am. Big parking lot and huge seating availability to include outdoor seating.
Waitress was friendly. She was a bit busy but not overwhelmed. The restaurant was at about 60% capacity. The food was good. Coffee pots are ridiculously small. Our ketchup bottle was empty, but nothing serious. Recommend the French Toast.
The biggest turn-off bathroom was tiny compared to the giant dining area.

My mom and I enjoyed our dining experience. The dining area was clean and the food was delicious. I ordered 1 pancake, hashbrown, and 1 egg with coffee and OJ. My mom had the same thing.

The service was a 3. Food quality a 3. I would avoid having them sit you in the back table by the kitchen. You’ll be avoided by the serving staff. My food took an inordinately long amount of time to reach the table. My eggs were cold, as well as my pancakes. The amount of butter that was placed on top of the pancakes was stingy compared to the french toast. The bacon avocado burger came with two strips of bacon and no avocado. When I complained the lady came back with a fourth of an avocado (3 thin slices) instead of a half like other ihops place inside the burger regularly. The fries where unsalted, cold and stale. The shake was mostly melted when it arrived. Overall I do not recommend this place.

Came here on a company brunch on a weekday. The wait time was 45 minutes, but the location seems nice as it is located near a plaza. Wendy was very swift with her service and was constantly checking up on us and what we needed. The staff was very nice and the ambiance was lively.
