Everytime I come here I have an issue. Today’s was a large fry only half full. Nothing in the bottom of the bag. It’s getting to the point where convenience is not worth it. I’ll just start going to the one in eustis. And dont ask me to go to some link to fill anything extra out. I dont work for mcdonalds. Fix your own business.

Service is very slow and for months now they take the order for the drive through and have you park and wait. Most times the wait exceeds the 10 minutes, and if you order a sundae or a frozen drink is just there melting because they’ll give it in advance before the food.

The food wasn’t cooked all the way. I’m so disappointed. I worked at McDonald’s for 8 years plus and I know how long it takes and how it should look on the inside and this wasn’t done and I had to be at work I didn’t have time to call or go back .

Good food but it seems like every time I visit i’m always sent to curbside to wait even when there is no line inside and the drive thru is short. Smoothies are hit or miss, Im pregnant and cant eat much but the last two times I have thrown up drinking it. I have never had this issue at any other location :/

I honestly can’t give McDonald’s more than a 3, even when everything technically goes right, simply because of how many consistently frustrating experiences I’ve had there over time.
For example, the drive-through system is always an adventure — you’ll be told to wait, and then somehow three or four cars from the other lane get served first, even when you clearly arrived before them. It happens often enough that it stops feeling like an exception and starts feeling like the standard process.
At this point, I usually just leave and go to Culver’s, where the laws of time and order still seem to apply.

I ordered breakfast on the App at 1028 and arrived at 1030, 2 MINUTES LATER, only to be told they stopped serving breakfast at 1030 (by then it was 1032). I had already paid on the app. Two minutes? Really? If I had arrived at 1029 they could have served but not at 1032? This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! MCDONALD’S GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER! So I bought a snack wrap because I was hungry but rest assured I will avoid McDonald’s in the future.

Repeated the test. Figured “there is no way they could screw this up exactly the same way again”
Got delivery. Shake. No straw. This location literally couldn’t open a door unless someone walked in front of them and showed them how to do it. I don’t blame the staff, they’re probably mostly kids. I blame whoever manages this disaster circus show.
Get it together. I can barely tolerate garbage fast food as it is, but when you can’t even get that right? What is even the point of going to this clown show?

Drove to Mcdonalds for a milkshake and as usual no ice cream. I then ordered two McChicken Deluxe meals and when I got home the only thing on the sandwiches was 2 very small pickles. The buns were black and the chicken was burnt also and dry.
The fries were cold also. I only live a few minutes from that location. I was tired and just didn’t want to drive back there. This was over $20 and the food was disgusting. And how does restaurant run out of ice cream consistently.

This location used to be very efficient. Rarely had an issue. Now, they routinely leave out items or get it totally wrong. Always check your order before leaving!
