Came in for the first time, on a Sunday evening. Visiting Huntsville and not familiar with the area, or the parking garage. Google Maps isn’t clear with directions. But once we found Carrabba’s, we were greeted & seated quickly, in a cozy booth. Kids menu is interactive with a decent menu selection. Some warm, sliced Bread was brought with dipping oil, and then we received our drinks. Nice wine menu, and our sweet tea was refilled as needed! Food was delish! The trio was good, although my husband said the lasagna wasn’t the best. Granddaughter ate all the kids chicken tenders and fettuccine Alfredo. I had the chicken Marsala, with a side of lobster ravioli. It was tasty, but different tasting because chicken was grilled. I ordered the house salad,(dressing and combo ingredient was unique) but I preferred my husband’s Caesar salad. We had the chocolate cake for dessert and it was delicious! Service was excellent and atmosphere was beautiful! We enjoyed our dinner and would definitely return, if we visit the area again!

I almost always rate fives. I’m just a happy guy! And the food at this Carabba’s and the waitstaff are always top notch, so please know that! But lately (the last three visits), the cleanliness has been super lacking. 🙁 The tables and anything that touches the food is clean, off course, but under the tables? The floor, and leading back to the bathroom past the bar? It’s been filthy. Time before last, we were seated and I felt something under my feet. There were several napkins down there (nice, cloth napkins!), broccoli and carrot pieces. We asked to be moved and the waiter very graciously helped us find a new table, but at ~ $30/person (without alcohol), which means for us, well over $100 each visit after tip and a glass of wine, I’d prefer not to worry about what yuckiness I’m stepping on.
I was hoping that was an anomaly (it was bad!), but then last night, while not as bad, it was still dirty under the tables and the floor. Here’s a quick shot (pics attached) with even a rubber glove on the floor! I hate to sound picky. As I say, I almost always rate everyone a 5 (check my ratings)! But it’s just not been nice here and that’s a shame as it’s the only Carabba’s in the area. 🙁

My Birthday is October 18. We went there for my Birthday dinner. This place is so much better than Olive Garden. Everything we had was good. I had Filet and Shrimp Pasta Toscana.

I recently went to a tasting Stepfanie had there at the restaurant. I found it on the HSV/Madison Co. Chamber Website. And loved it. I spoke to Stepfanie afterwards and she was so accommodating and knowledgeable. Personable too. I will start taking all my clients there! Very impressive young lady!

The restaurant was absolutely wonderful — easily the best Italian food in town! I ordered the ravioli, which was rich, creamy, and perfectly cooked with a delicious homemade sauce. The spaghetti was just as impressive — flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. Every bite tasted authentic and fresh.
Our server, Moses, was fantastic — friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. He made great recommendations and checked on us often without being intrusive. Overall, this was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for truly authentic Italian cuisine and excellent service!

Our experience was fantastic . Pasta forno and egg plant parm. Always the sausage lentil soup – ALWAYS. Porschea and Anna were exceptional. Highly recommend.

I wasn’t feeling my best and was really craving some comforting soup—Carrabba’s Sicilian Chicken Soup was absolutely exceptional! My husband ordered the Salmon Capperi and loved it as well. Our waiter, Moses, was wonderful—very attentive, kept our drinks filled, and always made sure we had fresh bread on the table. We’ll definitely be back and hope to sit in Moses’ section again!

Moses was an awesome waiter! Gave our large party great service and was such a nice guy. We asked for a lot and he never made us feel like we were bothering him! Hope we get him next time!
