Good luck with this place, they served small pieces of cold chicken and a small portion of fries for a family meal order. It took 30 minutes to get through the drive-through with only 3 people ahead in line and they forgot biscuits.

First, I will say my order came out pretty quickly, especially considering they were a bit busy at the time ⏱️ ️. I definitely appreciated the speed and efficiency because no one likes waiting too long for their food.

However, the customer service from one of the employees behind the counter left a lot to be desired. I simply asked a question about my order, and the response I received came with unnecessary attitude. The worker quickly said the prices hadn’t changed and that they had always been that amount — but the tone felt dismissive and a little rude. It wasn’t what was said, it was how it was said.

I wasn’t trying to argue or complain; I was just asking for clarification. If I hadn’t been picking the order up for someone else, I honestly might have just requested a refund and left. Customer service really makes a difference, and while the food came out fast, the attitude definitely put a damper on the experience. Hopefully next time the interaction will be more pleasant. ✨

I’ve lived next to this Popeyes for 5 years and NEVER come here. Primarily cause I know they get rats, and whenever they get it treated, they run into my building and we spend a lot of money on traps and service that come collect the boxes on a weekly basis all year, even when we don’t have rats.

I decided to come here today out of curiosity and they were BUSY!! Besides mobile pick up, I really didn’t see any technology that makes the staffs job doable. I saw many frustrated employees filling orders, many of them cussing up a storm, another threw their headset off out of frustration but was doing her best to get the job done in the back.

The absolute WORST part (the woman seated), there were employees who I’ll try to give benefit of the doubt by saying were maybe on break during the dinner rush (7:30pm). One particular person may have been the manager as I saw other employees approach her for one thing or another and she had keys on her. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out, she was on her phone scrolling. Then she went outside with other employees (to someone’s car) and was smoking. Mind you, I live next door and have watched multiple employees outside when they are backed up for year and I’ve even watched them smoke weed right outside the entrance. Again, I’ll give them all the benefit of the doubt and say they were likely on break but I’ve never seen employees, let alone a manager take their break during a lunch/dinner rush. It pure incompetence or complete lack of regard for their peers.

I can’t even blame any of the employees, because If the leadership/ownership is rotten, the folks trying their best to do their job will inevitably suffer and so does the customer. The male photographed here was exemplary of customer service. His attitude was friendly, and he showed empathy for my and many other customers wait. He was also extremely polite.

It seems to me, half the staff are doing their job and the other half are just punching in and punching out. The only reason this Popeyes location is still open, in my 5 years of observing this place, is because of the location.

It’s a mismanaged hell hole, with an environmental health rating of avg 75-85%.

I’m SHOCKED corporate has come down on them and its fines if it’s a franchise, or new management if it’s corporate owned.

THIS PLACE DOES NOT DO MOBILE ORDERS. You will not get your food if you do a mobile order. They also do not do on location services and are ONLY drive through which will take about 2 hours if there is more than two cars in line. They will try to ell you otherwise but do not listen I promise you do not waste your money. Fellinis pizza is right down the road and delivers quality food and service. Go there instead. If you really want chicken, go to Hattie Bs.

The lady who helped me order the food was extremely rude. I was waiting for me order, she said “excuse me” and I thought my order was ready but didn’t know which one was mine. After she helped the other lady, I confirmed with her if that bag was mine, she questioned me and be like I bothered her and wasted her time once again. I would say people here didn’t pay less single dollar than the rest of Popeyes and we don’t deserve be treated like this. What happened to her to let her feel this is right? Also the food is not good.

The reviews for this establishment should be enough to close it down. The woman with the red braids in her head decided to be extremely rude to me… I was in such an awe that I was being spoken to in such a manner.. she then proceeded to say “AM I SPEAKING EBONICS”

LETS NOT IGNORE THE FACT SHE WAS ARGUING WITH THE CUSTOMER In front OF ME ABOUT GIVING HIM FRESH FOOD.

Too many reviews about bad customer service it’s sad.

I will give props to Ms. Cherry she took her. Away from the window and helped me out with a smile

Manager needs to check their workers because these employees are very wicked. Telling uber drivers even the ones without cars to go through drive through to get their food when Popeyes has a big sign saying after 10pm delivery drivers can pi up at pick up window. There’s a whole window but lately they been making drivers drive through the drive through. I tried To ask them and the girl mopping the floor was very rude saying she don’t care about her job. It’s 10:42 manager please check your employees I think they tired of working soon it will be just like the Taco Bell across the street. Pure wickedness.

This is the slowest, unprofessional and inconsistent Popeyes in Atlanta. They close the inside whenever they feel like it. It’s supposed to be open at 10 so we don’t have to wait in the longest drive-thru. Some days they open it and sometimes it’s closed. No one should have to wait 30-40 for their meal because they are forcing customers to go thru the drive-thru when their sign clearly says after 10pm to go inside for a mobile order. Never again. I’ll go to the Lee st location from now on.

Ms Mary was such a sweetheart! We ordered a small Cole slaw and something was wrong with the POS where it kept ringing up a large. We told her we’ll take it and don’t worry about it but Ms Mary apologized about the inconvenience and made sure our experience was worth the while! Sue made sure we left happy and satisfied for the mistake and we’re forever thankful

If you’re looking for ratchet service, long wait times, and nasty attitudes this is the place for you! I came up to order and they were out of everything but the locks on the doors. I asked for 3 spicy tenders and a Dr. Pepper, and the poor older lady at the drive-thru speaker could not get a handle on ordering. Get to the window and she’s staring at me like I’m interrupting her. I finally got my food and my tenders were not spicy. I went back to get the right ones, and everyone treated me like I called their mother out of their name! 20 mins of back and forth. They told me I was wrong, they were spicy I asked for a refund. The “manager” wanted to take my card to the back and when I was hesitant they got mad at me again! I had to give my phone number for the refund which I’ve never done anywhere ever before???? On top of that, no one was in uniform, and a server was arguing bad with his girlfriend outside??? Time to give up on this location and just cut your losses.

DON’T EAT HERE. VERY RATCHET.
