Especially my daughter’s food beef tataki I highly recommend.

Very good food and atmosphere. I tried the aged Rumpsteak entrecôte which was very rich and flavorful. The baked cheese appetizer and tempura shrimp were very nice as well. There are many cocktail/wine options as well. I can recommend their Negroni and Lillet aperitifs. Another recommendation is the chocolate cake dessert with banana sorbet – it is quite something. Many thanks to Tobi for the service. Overall a very nice dining experience.

First of all, our waitress was super fun, really nice girl, her name is Celine. Thank you for your service last night!
The food got there relatively quick, and it was really tasty. There were some really good sounding dishes with unique flavour combos. I got the salmonfilet with a sauce based on dijon-mustard, asparagus and potato rosti. My boyfriend got the schnitzel with fries, compot and cucumber salad.
We also got a dessert, the creme brulee with plum ice cream. It was a pretty big creme brulee and the plum ice cream was something you’ve never tasted before, but a very nostalgic flavor, we really loved it!
Overall, really good service, food and music. Would go again!

It is not easy to find a good service in Bremen restaurants, but Q1 has a very high standard and our visit was just perfect. We booked a table online one day ahead – Friday evening the restaurant was full. The waiter was very fiiendly, spoke English and showed his attention to every table around. Q1 has a modern stylish interior, pleasant relaxed music. Food was delivered after ordering very quickly. I would give it 9 out of 10 for taste as it could be more vivid. Overall we spent great time at Q1 and definitely will come again.
