The 1761 Bistro is a student-run, faculty-led teaching restaurant at Southwest Tech. Our students in conjunction with their high school curriculum are learning valuable skills that will prepare them to enter into a high demand, high skilled, high wage career path within a growing culinary world. Students spend two hours a day perfecting their skills in a real-world restaurant setting as part of their second year of our program. Your support and patronage helps to provide them with experience they need to continue advancing their skills and gives them the opportunity to have unique learning experiences.
