The food and the service were outstanding. A beautiful atmosphere with little noise from people talking. Our meal came quickly. And our service dog was with us and everyone loved her and gave her attention. Great people. And the bottomless fries to die for food. Plus a great children’s menu. And delicious desserts.

I went in not expecting much. Haven’t been to a red robin in over a decade but the quality of these chain restaurants has gone way down over the years. So I was expecting a decent to mediocre meal. It was pretty damn good. My burger was delicious and my wife enjoyed her too. Cooked perfect. Big burger too. Great toppings. Damn good burger. I’d go back

Disappointing. This location used to be a family favorite. Service barely acknowledged us after placing order. Refills took 20 mins (not offered, had to request twice). If a server has time to check their phone, they certainly have adequate time to check on their customers.

Great celiac safe gluten free place to eat at this location. Staff was well informed on the dietary restrictions I need to follow and made me feel confident to eat here. Management even came over to confirm their cross contamination procedures to give assurance of celiac safe gluten free meal. Meal was great on top of that. Would recommend and would definitely eat here again.

Very shitty service the waitress we had came and said I’m sorry I didn’t see you sitting there. I’ll be back in two minutes to take your order. We waited a good 20 to 25 minutes for her to even come over to the table. She saw us sitting there and kept staring. She came back after another 15 minutes of waiting took our order. Don’t believe she put it in right away. We waited another almost 20 minutes just for our drinks to come out proceeded to wait another 30 minutes after our drinks came out for food. We had finally got the manager out. He said our food will be out in two minutes. 10 minutes after that our food finally came Out. The food was very disgusting. My fries were cold. The wing bites were covered in garlic so badly and they were hard my sister’s burger was so hard. She hit it off the table and it sounded like a hockey puck Never again will we go here? We have went there before and sat for 20 minutes for a waitress or a waiter to come to take our drink order and they all just stare at you and walk past your table. We got up and left then when it came to the bill, he said he’ll take care of something or give us discounts. He took a whole appetizer off of my sister‘s bill and a whole meal off of our bill, but that does not satisfy the fact that we went there and sat any restaurant for two hours waited over an hour for food and over 30 minutes for drinks that is the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had in my entire life and we will never go back

Usually this place has good food for a chain and typical diner vibes but tonight all three of our burgers were really dry, I don’t know if the cooks were having an off night or if they got new people but it was genuinely awful. i got a side salad and it was inedible because of how salty it was?. the fries were limp and our sauces weren’t as good as usual and even the soda they gave me was overfilled and overflowing with foam and got everywhere. our server was good but confused.

Seated quickly. Atmosphere was very loud. Disappointed in the wait time for our server to even take our drink order – over 15 minutes. Disappointed in the time for our order to arrive- over 30 minutes. My order was missing the avocado. Fries are usually the highlight for me but these had been under the warmer for a while. We did not wait for the server to bring the check, and paid at the kiosk on the table. Even though we were just visiting the area, I would not recommend eating here.
