Greetings, if I could put zero stars for service, I would. It seems to me that they are understaffed. There were only two individuals at the front taking all the orders by themselves. You can tell they’re trying to multitask and not make it obvious, but it’s clear as day that they need help. It’s only 5:50 p.m., but who knows how long it’s been like this today. I’m sure I’m not the only customer who noticed the situation. I could have made a big deal and reported this to corporate, but instead I decided to leave a review in hopes that it makes a difference. I’m not even sure if there was a manager on duty, which is very unprofessional. The employees taking the orders were nice and helpful, but you could definitely feel the frustration in the atmosphere. That’s not something customers should feel in a place where they’re supposed to be able to relax and enjoy a meal. Hope this helps. Safest regards.

I placed a large order from Bolay for my team, and everything was absolutely fantastic! The food was fresh, flavorful, and a big hit with everyone. What really stood out, though, was the service. The uber driver accidentally forgot to include utensils, but as soon as I reached out, they personally brought them right to me without hesitation. That level of care and follow-through speaks volumes about their commitment to customers.

I love the food and the concept at Bolay, it’s like Chipotle but with more variety, and everything tastes really good. My family and I enjoy coming here. Today, though, the experience was a bit disappointing because the music was extremely loud both inside and outside. The weather was beautiful, so we sat outdoors, but the speakers were so loud it made eating stressful. I really hope the volume and music choice can be adjusted, because otherwise this is a great place.

Every visit to Bolay is a great experience, and Julianna is a big reason why. She is always professional, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. She remembers my order and takes her time to make sure everything is right, no matter how busy it is. Extremely frustrating experience at Bolay. I came in specifically for steak, only to be told they were completely out — which is unacceptable for a core protein option. After I expressed my disappointment, they said they could cook more, but it would take about 15 minutes.
I agreed to wait, only to be completely forgotten. No follow-up, no update, no apology — nothing. I had to go back and remind them I was even waiting. By that point, the whole experience was ruined.
Between running out of steak, the long wait, and the terrible customer service, this visit was a huge letdown. Poor communication and zero accountability. Definitely not the level of service I expect.

We did take out for the bowls . The quality of the food was great but the bowl did not have the sauce . So it tasted very dry and we couldn’t go all the way back to get the sauce. I am extremely disappointed because I was trying this place for the first time and I was let down due to the carelessness.

I just finished having lunch at this location. I want to start off by saying what wonderful customer service. I had a food allergy to soy and the employee who helped me made sure to select the food items that were safe. He helped me put together a meal that was delicious. This location had very friendly and attentive employees. I would highly recommend.
