Went to IHOP for brunch with family. There was about a 25-minute wait, but it was worth it. The kids loved the Happy Face pancakes and hot chocolate. We ordered the veggie egg white omelette and chicken fajita omelette—both were tasty and filling. Friendly and kind staff, plenty of parking, and a great spot for a family meal, especially just before a winter snowstorm . Highly recommend! ❄️

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and well-organized, and it was clear that something positive has shifted here. Since the new management took over, the overall quality and attention to detail have noticeably improved.
The food was absolutely outstanding. Every dish we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You could truly taste the quality of the ingredients in every bite. The portions were generous without sacrificing presentation, and everything arrived at the perfect temperature. It’s rare to find a place where every item at the table impresses, but this restaurant delivered across the board.
A special shoutout to our server, Sandy, who made the experience even more enjoyable. She was attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Sandy checked in at all the right times, made thoughtful recommendations, and ensured we had everything we needed without ever feeling intrusive. Her warm personality and professionalism really stood out and made us feel valued as guests.
Overall, this restaurant has clearly stepped up its game. The improvements under the new management are evident in both the quality of the food and the level of customer service. With delicious meals and exceptional service from team members like Sandy, this is definitely a place I’ll be returning to — and recommending to others.

We’ve been here few years ago and didn’t have that bad experience but I was excited to bring my sister to try the food but was extremely displeased in the service, setting, and the food. Sunny side up eggs were undercooked and when we asked about the eggs we got attitude. I also got barely any whipped cream on my pancakes which was pretty unacceptable. The worst part overall was the service. It took about 40 minutes for our food to get served. We will not be coming here again.

I had a wonderful waiter Sandy and the wait time was not long and the food came out perfect. The management checked on me numerous times to ensure we were ok. It’s a wonderful treat to go to an ihop bc bluebell is one of the only ones in the area which makes it that much more special !

Service(our waitress was Anna) and food(Chef was Seven) is always superb! Kids ordered the Pancakes, Wife – Split Decision, and I got the breakfast egg and beef tacos (excellent and cooked as it should be – fluffy eggs, shredded beef, peppers w/ an awesome hash brown). Both Anna and Seven very friendly. Love eating at this IHOP.
