The portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh and authentic. Definitely a place worth visiting if you’re craving good Indian cuisine. Will surely come again!
However, we ordered biryani and dishes to go along with rice and oh my goodness- it was a burst of flavour in every bite. Their naan and capati was also very yummy.
Service was great – food waiting period is not too long and environment is cosy. Parking is also easy to find.
Definitely a must try if you are visiting Ipoh.
Shanika was very kind and understanding, and she really helped us manage everything smoothly. She organized the setup well and made sure the food was ready on time. We’re very thankful for her help on our special day.
The food was nice with a lot of variety. We ordered the thali special, non-veg and vegetarian meals. The portions were very generous! If you’re not a big eater, maybe order one thali first because it’s quite a lot.
The environment was quiet and comfortable (maybe because it was a weekday), which made our ceremony feel more intimate. Overall, all our requirements were fulfilled and we’re happy with how everything turned out.
The rice and chicken were dry, not tender or juicy as dum biryani should be. It’s difficult to enjoy biryani with only raita when the dish itself lacks moisture and flavor. The rice grains were not separate—some were stuck together and felt hard.
For this price, the quality is not worth it. I expected much and really disappointed
