So I work up the road and I go here often because it’s not as busy as McDonald’s and because they are usually quick to get food out.. but today I had to do an online pick up order and let me tell you.. why ask for a pick up time if you don’t care.. I walk in and they ask what I need I told them I had a pick up order. They said okay. And continued working kinda. The two old women up front was pretty much walking back and forth doing nothing. I stand there ten minutes watching orders go out. They finally ask what I’m waiting on again. I told them. Which was a sandwich small fry and drink. The didn’t even have the receipt on their end. Then they didn’t make the order. I stood there twenty minutes watching other people get their stuff.. then they say sorry we have three new trainees. I said well I’ve got to go back to work.. the quickly made my order then. Like are you seriously. You know everyone coming through there right now is on lunch. Get it together. And then the manager literally walked away after he asked me what I had. Really I think maybe they need all new employees because out of all those people there it didn’t look like any of them knew what was going on and then blaming it on the new people. Maybe don’t train them during the busiest time of day.. do better. People kinda depend on y’all to make sure it’s quick so we can eat and go back to work. .

I was on the highway hustling back home to KY. I pass through here often and I had hoped to have a nice lunch. I ordered the chicken sandwich combo, with a little extra mayo. I nicely said please just enough to taste it, not wear it. The cashier was friendly. She laughed. I got back on the highway, and this is what I found in my bag (see photo). Not edible. I called the store and asked for the manager, and he argued the point – never apologizing, or anything. Terrible.

Cole who works here is one of the absolute rudest workers we have ever experienced. We’re not from Sidney but had to go there for business yesterday 9/2. When ordering in the drive through Cole was very rude towards my husband with attitude about taking our order. Then when we get to the window to get the food when my husband asked for ketchup and napkins he literally rolled his eyes and got an idea yet again. If people hate their job that badly.. don’t be there! Simple! We were just regular people ordering regular meals, we didn’t order anything complicated or anything. Try respect and a smile Cole!

I’m beyond disappointed with the milk shake my husband got for me tonight. Its not a large like he ordered, and it was barely mixed up to where I had to pour it in a different cup and mix it up when I got home, and the lady in the drive-thru said they were short staffed. When you’re short staffed and busy an employee shouldn’t be going outside smoking, and talking on the phone. They should be inside helping. Not very good at your job if you ask me

Went to the drive thru for lunch, ordered a couple rodeo cheeseburgers. Drive-thru menu said price said $2.49, but when I got to the window was charged extra. Seems Burger King has gotten greedy and is now charging customers $.30 for a piece of cheese that should already be included on the sandwich. I now understand why more and more Burger Kings are going out of business. Won’t be going to Burger King again anytime soon.

I door dash food from here all the time because I love the whoppers, and every single time the fries are crap. You guys need to learn how to throw old old fries and put news ones up every 3-5 minutes. You need to learn to salt the fries too. I work a fast food job and I know it’s not hard. Just do the damn job. It especially shouldn’t be hard at 3 to 4 in the freaking morning. I know business isn’t THAT crazy to have crap fries.

Everything was awful. Nuggets? Soggy.
Burger? Cold. Chicken sandwich? Barely enough sauce.
Atmosphere was empty, dirty. I know it’s a fast food restaurant, but it’s not expected for trash to be everywhere.
The best part was the soda, even then it was tasting flat yet carbonated.
I don’t know what happened Burger King, I think you can do it better then this.

Waited 15 mins. paid for a medium and got a small instead. while they are standing there talking instead of doing what they need to do. honestly have had better service in my hometown this.
