The place was a little warm. Was told the A/C was broken. The deep dish pizza was awesome. I enjoyed the Memphis dry rub one their traditional wings. Service was great.

Pretty disappointed overall. The food was all right. It wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t great. The chicken Parmesan was well prepared and had really nice flavor. The wings were crispy and had a good amount of sauce on them. We did not care for the seasoning on the fried pickles but the Thai sauce was excellent. The service was pretty bad. It was not busy. They did not appear to be short staffed but they may have been. We were seated and our drink order was taken very quickly. Water came out fast. It took 20minutes for the Mai Thai. Our fried pickles took almost 40minutes. When they did come out they were luke warm, meaning they sat for a minute. They had no pepperoni left? The tavern thin crust pizza had a nice crunch. My wife ordered the Caprese chicken sandwich, she can’t have dairy. She repeated and it was confirmed. Our food came out an hour after we sat down and they brought a crispy chicken sandwich out, not the caprese. No apology. The manager was nice and comped a good portion of our meal which is appreciated. Everyone has an off night and I’m sure it’s not always like this. Our waitress did come over and apologize before we left as well. The atmosphere was welcoming and not too loud, which was nice.

Food was great! Service does need some help. Our waitress was very friendly, seem to be trying to do her jobs. But, items for the group was forgotten, we had to request refills they was never offered, and food was misdelivered to correct person and also misbilled and the end. Service quality needs help.

The waitress, Robin, is very attentive, friendly, and goes above and beyond in her service. The food is delicious and reasonably priced, especially the Three-Fer 3-Course Meal. The music is upbeat, but can be a little loud at times. Highly recommend

Hopped in before an afternoon movie with hubby. We had tried years ago about a month after they first opened, and honestly, we weren’t impressed and haven’t been back.
Well, in the mood for something different, we decided to give another try as sometimes those first opening days chaos takes a bit to settle into a routine. We are very glad we hopped in.
The layout of the table and booths was completely different, and it was buzzing on an early Saturday afternoon.
We did an individual size Chicago 7 thin crust pizza and the Sicilian rolls. Hubby did a coke zero, and I did an Arnold palmer. It was just right tart and sweet.
Everything was delicious. It was just enough food to fill us both up, and we even got a show while eating.
Midway thro the manager announced over the pa system that there was a coors rep in house and anyone who wanted to enter a stein holding contest the winner who held the stein the longest won a cool looking stein.
After collecting 12 contestants, they filled 12 steins with water, and they had to hold in front of them, and the last man standing was the winner.
Much laughing and arms shaking we watched as one by one they fell with the winner holding out a little over 4 minutes! The contestants got cute black hats and a beer for participating.
We finished eating and had a 2 slices of pizza and a few of the Sicilian rolls left so we packed that all up and gave it to the gentleman in the median at the light.
We will definitely hop back in!!

I ordered food from here once. I ordered barbecue wings but the wings I got were extra hot buffalo wings and I ordered two sides of blue cheese and I got none. The large pizza I ordered was missing the pepperoni and the small thin pizza was about 4 inches across and ate like a small cracker. The pretzels rods and Guiness cheese was the only thing in our order we weren’t disappointed with. I definately wouldn’t spend another $100 here.

We ordered pizza to go and when we got home our pizza was not cooked all the way and was still dough. I called the restaurant, yesterday around 620p, to talk to a manager and the girl came back and said “our manager said he is busy and to call back later” WHAT?! Even after I told her the problem all she said was “sorry this happened.” She then proceeded to take my number and said “he will call you back tonight” and so far, nothing. No care, no rush, no nothing. I’m not sure who the manager on duty was last night but he needs to be trained to do a better job as well as your cooking staff. Terrible service.

One of the best servers I have ever seen in 60 years. This person multitask it better than anyone I’ve seen. She ran the whole store by herself from behind the bar to take out to seating people and making sure everyone was taken care of. She made sure everyone was acknowledged and made sure that they knew that she was going to be with him and never made excuses. This person is one of the best servers I have witnessed in years.

I had to order on doordash because the server ignored me. I asked the server for a water and was given one with no menu. Waited 40 minutes with no response from the servers. So ordered on door dash where a large fellow in the back served me at the front desk then watched me proceed to my table and was baffled and said “sorry.” Well appreciate the sorry but that doesn’t serve the injustice this establishment did.

Management was a little non chalent and unhelpful with letting us know which TV’s were what games on Sunday. Wish they would just label the TV’s like everywhere else. They kinda blew us off and was like there’s different games on look around. The waitress and hostess felt bad and apologized several times bc they didn’t know and manager wouldn’t tell them either. Food was fantastic waitress staff was fantastic. 100% love the buffalo rolls. Your restaurant has such potential to be full every Sunday Thursday and Monday during football season if they would play all the games and not just 1 game on 50% of the TV’s.
