Took awhile to get service at bar. Once we did though, we had a great server, Ken! Super friendly & outgoing! Very knowledgeable about menu & made great recommendations!
The watermelon bubbly is one the best tasting mimosas we ever had!
Great tv screens for watching the games!
I ordered the burrata avocado sandwich and added 2 fried eggs, (they give you 1+ than what you order) was a work of art & tasted unbelievable! The guy next to me was asking what I ordered and said it looked so good he was gonna order that next time. The potatoes were amazing although a little heavy to digest. We love that brunch is served until 3pm! My boyfriend had the wings and he said great flavor & very moist! Large portions!
We love sitting at the bar but there was definitely a cold draft & felt like a vent was blowing on us the whole time.

Called in an order for take out fish fry this week. Long wait at the bar, never even offered a drink while waiting 20 minutes. By the time I received the bag of food it was cold and like cardboard. My side salad for an upcharge had a quarter cup of salad and was definitely not worth the extra money. I don’t believe $40 for two fish fries was a good value at all. The restaurant’s physical space is beautiful however and had to s if staff.

Came here for an early dinner and wasn’t disappointed! Our waitress was very nice and attentive, the booth we sat in was HUGE and comfortable, our drinks were good and our food was tasty! We ordered the chicken schnitzel sandwich and reuben. Would definitely love to return and try other stuff – oh and the cheese curds are 10/10, couldn’t get a picture because they went so fast!

We popped in for lunch before a concert, and we left glad that the meal wasn’t the focus of our evening. The entire experience was inconsistent. We started the meal with short rib empanadas that were tasty despite being a little burnt. The server continuously forgot our requests, but the Tito’s Punch was straightforward and satisfying. One entree, the Wisconsin Fish Fry, was one of Brew Pub specials. However, the cod had no seasoning, making it surprising it was a special. It was cooked well with a beautiful coating. Our second entree, the only sign of the bacon blue double smash burger, was crumbs. After we requested condiments multiple times. The Bleu cheese was pungent in taste, adding a tasty quality. It was a middle of the road experience and recommended if you want a regular low-stakes lunch.

The visual is just great. Very reminiscent of an old train station with iron archways and supports. Unfortunately it was a little loud. Though the open iron work is visually appealing, it does nothing to absorb sound.
Our server was great. She was friendly and attentive but not fake or intrusive. Would not be disappointed to have her again.
This was Mom and my monthly dinner out and we started with the Tempura Korean Cauliflower. Oh…my…god. This is SO delicious. It had a little kick that was muted to perfect spice level with the included dipping sauce. I had the leftovers with rice the next day and it was awesome that way as well. For entrees Mom had the Black and Bleu Bacon Smash Burger, and I had the California Burger. Both were enormous, and both were delicious. Mom and the Brewery Chips and I had the Sweet Potato Fries. Rounded out our dinners perfectly.

Very good lunch on offer here. Came on a Friday, so had to do the fish fry. A generous portion of good quality cod. Batter was light and crispy and the fish itself, flaky and perfectly cooked. One of our party had the short rib panini and was equally impressed. Our waitress (Emily) was great. Attentive and helpful without being overbearing. The bloody Mary was pretty good. The drink itself above average, but the fixings, well above average. Came with a tasty little Oktoberfest chaser too. Prices fair and parking easy. All in all, a very good lunch and we’d come again.

Great food, good prices, pleasant service… It’s so loud.
I was pleasantly surprised by the breadth of options on the menu, and the number of them that sounded really tempting.
I ended up choosing the chkn fried chkn… It was delicious. The blueberry crumble martini was a “oh wow!”level delight, too!
Don’t be fooled by my wait time… Our large party had reservations.

Stopped because it was a BEAUTIFUL Fall afternoon and they still had outdoor seating. It was windy so a bit hard to hold things on the table, but not WSB’s fault. Just wish they accommodated a bit differently with menus and table settings at first. They fixed it as the meal went on.
We got the taco special and chose from some unique selections. Very nice to try new flavors. The pineapple salsa was EXCELLENT! Each was different and all were delicious. The rice was super tasty and the beans were…. Well just beans.
Our waitress was friendly but a bit over seated as the meal went on.
All in all a good visit. Pricey menu but that’s to be expected at a brewery restaurant, but the daily specials save the day if you’re looking for options. Everything walking by on trays looked delicious.
We plan to return with the nicer weather in spring.

Don’t eat here if you have an allergy. we were told the Chef threw a fit when I asked if he could pan fry my meat to avoid shellfish contamination. The server who was great spoke to the Manager who tried to “convince him” to pan fry my food. He refused. I ended up with a salad and a piece of microwaved hard roll. I won’t be back.I also made a reservation and waited past our time as they seated walk ins first.
