On February 10th, I keeping forgetting to write a review but this time I am doing it now. I love the food from that day, the chicken tenders were freshly hot and delicious and I asked them to make my fries extra crispy, it was perfect and it was delicious. The service was nice, our waitress was so understanding and friendly. The atmosphere is nice too, just a little common that’s all, no offense.

I came here to pick up my Togo order. I had ordered a burger combo for someone else which I cant speak on as I didnt eat. However I ordered myself the appetizer trio combo with the southwestern egg rolls and the honey Chipotle chicken crispers and honestly I was super disappointed. They were only half sauced and not even warm. A couple spots were somehow cold and I began eating as soon as I got in my vehicle. They hadn’t even finished my order until 5 minutes after I had arrived so it shouldn’t have been sitting. Overall, I wasn’t impressed. The packaging though was superb though! I did think the packaging was cool!

It was good. Waitress very intensive to our needs. Had my 3 grand babies sonit can get hectic. Food was kinda cold like my meal was ready but was waiting for something to get done or something. Didnt complain or nothing. Just saying that lacked a bit.

I like yalls food, but I get on doordash for the Just Wings food. I have received my Just Wingz orders without my fries. One time, i understand. Its been my last two times, and today was the worst. It was just fries that was missing but that was my portion of the meal. Again, good food, just hate missing parts of my order so often.

On February 7th, past 10:40pm, I went in to pick up my to go order. In front of me was two employees. A man and a girl. I was waiting there while they were laughing and conversing with each other. Granted they were a couple feet away, she should have been out on the look for a customer considering that is her job. After 1-2 minutes of just standing there the girl finally came up to me. Once I let her know I was here for my pick up order she grabbed my food and placed it closest to her end of the table then just walked away. Although this is not a dramatic experience I believe that customers should always be put first, and as a worker your customers should have a decent at most experience. In which I didn’t have. She was kind enough to help me with an issue I had with my order but that does not excuse the lack of curiosity. I would have excused her behavior if it looked like she was having a bad day but considering she was just having a blast speaking with her co-worker that didn’t seem to be the case. Lastly, I had another issue with my food in which I do not want to share publicly.

The service and the food were great! The 3 for me deal was incredible! The staff was friendly and attentive. Super fast service too! The potato soup was amazing and the QP burger was big and juicy! The fries were a little salty, but my husband liked them enough to eat mine too. We will be going back again!

To start out with, I have been to the restaurant many times. Generally the food is good, service has always been good. However, we sat in the bar area and the bartender was waiting tables as well as performing her regular duties. This appears to be a lack of staff AKA Management issue.
We were never offered refulls on our drink’s, waited forever for our check, to go container’s and ended up leaving our leftovers on the table after paying. Very disappointed!

Great location. Easy to get to. Service was on point! Thursday afternoon before any kind of dinner rush. Server kept checking on us and our drinks, if we were ready for another refill or not. Chips n salsa are great with some lemon squeeze over them… a few grinds of salt… Great. Service was excellent!

Thank you to the Manager, Ryan I believe… who took the time to fix my door dash order. Since door dash only wanted to credit me $5 to cover my sandwich. And they expected me to reorder and pay again out of pocket. So my sweet husband went there, and told them exactly what happened and not only did he refire my sandwich, but my fries too. And he threw in chips and queso for the inconvenience. That’s all we wanted was someone to give us a solution for the screw up. Door dash is now cancels and we’ll be picking up from now on. Thank you guys for your amazing customer service!! Yall are awesome!!
