Horrible experience EVERY TIME. I have it 3 chances. Staff is horrible, not friendly and won’t even acknowledge you. Nobody ever asks if they can help. I have to stalk somebody down to get my digital order. Last experience was last straw. 3 tables in restaurant and staff of 8-10 and no body acknowledged us at 6:25 pm. No wonder it was dead on a Friday night! Food was awful too! One burnt pizza the other almost no toppings and cold cheese like they forgot cheese on a pizza!! Will never go back. $40 wasted!

A fast casual make your own pizza restaurant oven fire restaurant.
Came on a Friday 11:45 AM. They were quite busy. They’re located at the end of the shopping mall and they have outdoor seating. The places rather large they do offer a pick up an online orders.
I told us the pick two with half of a margarita, pizza and the meatballs with a soda all under $13
They have both seating in high top table seating
The staff was super friendly, and the food was made quickly. It has the same concept of subway where you order your crust type and then build your pizza.
We did have a small issue with my order the meat balls , however Haylie and the manager fixed it.
I tried half of a margarita pizza with original crust, it was delicious nice crunchy cheese was melty
I plan to come back again because even the the Oder was a little messed up they fixed it and the customer service from the start of ordering till I left was 10 out of 10

Blaze Pizza is always on point. I love choosing my own toppings and the service is always quick. This location is new to us and we enjoyed it. Will be back for sure!

I recently visited Blaze Pizza’s Daytona Beach location for the first time, and it won’t be my last! Its proximity to I-95 makes it incredibly convenient for a fast and satisfying meal. The pizza itself was excellent, prepared quickly by a friendly and courteous staff. I also appreciated the pleasant ambiance and the decent selection of customizable pizza options. Overall, it’s a fantastic choice for a quick and delicious pizza experience.

The pizza was delicious , the staff is very nice and friendly, I have been their several times. This time 1-5-26 everyone was still so nice when I went to get my pizza it had been sitting out for 10 minutes, the guy that was taking all the pizza out of the oven was alone doing all the work, then 5 minutes later Matt came out and it was another 5 -10 min. He told me to be patient, very rudely, I was being very patient. By the time I got the pizza, a young boy gave it to me, he was doing his best giving out thevpizza. I’m not upset the pizza was warm, as I was by the way Matt spoke yo me. “He said he doesn’t have to talk to me.” Matt needs to learn how to speak to customers more nicely. The other employees get 5 stars. Matt gets 0 stars. There needs to be a better way to get the food to the costumer, instead of it sitting their for 15min. Until someone decides to serve it.

Make your own pizza! Great idea. Its like getting a sub made at your local publix. Pizza was great! People were welcoming. They were busy so the indoor seating was a little unkempt. Price was reasonable. 12-14 for an 11 inch with 5 toppings and a fountain drink. I’ll go back.

Stopped in on a Monday night. Seemed busy to me. Matt ( maybe the manager). Was awesome. His customer service is on point. I’ve managed restaurants for 20 years and would hire him in an instant. He kept the line moving, fixed any and all issues quickly.

And if you have left overs , it’s very nice that they leave you Take home boxes …so you don’t have to worry about going up and asking them for boxes.

this place stays busy!!
but for the price and the toppings,
I always love stopping here
when I’m in town on business,
typically service is pleasant and fast,
I went to ask one of the gentleman for something and completely was ignored apparently his phone was more important then even noticing the customer
trying to ask him something,
his name tag read

by the time he finally acknowledged me,
he had such an attitude as if I were bothering him,
like he didn’t even want to speak to me!
your there to work and interact with guest !
You’re in a hospitality atmosphere
not a highschool cafeteria,
I really hope this kid is not any sort of management,
(very embarrassing for the Blaze name if so!)
maybe he needs to be
re-trained on why he is there.
I own my own business
if this was one of my workers representing me
I’d definitely be handling it alot differently
then I was able to
as a customer….
I’ll still be coming through
on my business
trips to enjoy that FIRE taste !
I’m not gonna let one bad apple ruin it for me,
Hopefully next time it’s a better experience socially.
