Went here for dinner because there is no wrong time for breakfast food! The bacon and eggs were great and the hash browns were nice and crispy. The pancakes were also great and were a reasonable size. They also serve non-breakfast foods for those interested. Finally, my waitress was awesome and attentive. I would definitely eat here again next time I’m staying in the area.

If you’re looking for a no-frills, reliable breakfast spot that hits the sweet spot between Denny’s polish and Waffle House grit, Village Inn nails it. The atmosphere feels like a cozy, well-worn diner that’s been around forever: booths with just the right amount of squeak, coffee that never stops flowing, and that unmistakable smell of bacon and pancakes on the griddle. It’s not fancy, but it’s exactly what you want at 8 a.m. on a Saturday.
The food was honestly pretty darn good for a chain diner. Everything came out hot and fast, portions were generous, and the flavors were spot-on. Pancakes were fluffy, eggs cooked exactly how we asked, hash browns had that perfect crispy edge, and the bacon was thick-cut and smoky. Nothing groundbreaking, but way better than it has any right to be at these prices.
Service stood out: our server was lightning-fast, kept the coffee refills coming without being asked, and had that genuine friendly vibe that makes a diner feel like home. Smiles all around, even during the morning rush.
Bottom line: Village Inn isn’t trying to reinvent breakfast; it’s just really good at delivering the classics quickly, cheaply, and with a smile. When you’re craving a big, comforting plate of breakfast done right in a laid-back setting, this place delivers every time.
Solid 4/5 – a diner you can count on.

Great Village Inn. Had breakfast for dinner and the eggs were perfectly cooked as were the hash browns. I forgot how good their pancakes were.

My husband & I ordered the chicken enchiladas & the strawberry crepe breakfast. The enchiladas came with a side of chips & salsa. The fresh salsa had a nice kick to it. The sauce on the enchiladas was VERY flavorful & the refried beans were yummy. The crepes were light & perfectly thin & the strawberries were fresh & had just the right crunch. Good job with cooking the hashbrowns nice & crispy. Probably the best crunchy hashbrowns we’ve ever had. oh, high quality link sausage, too. Soft & great texture. Our server was attentive & had a fun, upbeat personality. When we return to El Paso, we will definitely come back to dine.

I am uncertain where to begin, but my mother and I visited Village Inn, where our server, Alexis, seemed to exhibit a lack of enthusiasm. She took our order in a perfunctory manner, without displaying a positive attitude, and quickly walked away after completing the task. I am unsure if this is a new practice, but she brought me a glass filled with ice and a glass containing tea, requiring me to pour the tea myself. On previous visits, our tea was consistently served with ice already added. When our food arrived, my mother had requested sugar-free syrup and extra napkins, which Alexis took a considerable amount of time to provide. Furthermore, when she returned with the sugar-free syrup, she initially delivered it to the wrong table, and later provided the extra napkins. As she passed by our table, she would inquire about our satisfaction in a manner that suggested she was too busy to stop and genuinely ask about our experience. Overall, we felt that Alexis did not seem to want to be there. Lastly, the food was disappointing, particularly the biscuits and gravy, which I typically enjoy, but were served hard as a rock. Although I still consumed them, I did not find them palatable.

We decided to have a midday snack and dessert with some hot coffee so decided to visit Village Inn on Airways! Fabulous decision… Our family enjoyed warm conversation and the great service provided by Carlos our server.
Our pie was delicious and the coffee was warm and really hit the spot! Thank you for the great experience and excellent service!

One of our favorite places to go with consistently good food . But Today Sunday 10/5/25, at around 12:30 we stopped to have nice lunch after a delayed flight. Service was subpar. There was a waitress which made the experience even worse. She was literally running around like a mad person, for no reason. She wasn’t wearing a name tag but she had glasses and tattoos on her right arm. She even dropped some pancakes because she was running around. No other server felt the need to do that. People want to sit down, and have a nice lunch without having a waitress needlessly rushing by to the point of literally running.

It’s a wonderful day for !!!! The Men in Black series got their pie from here. I took a well trusted trip to eat there and there is a local coziness that isn’t in national chains. The staff is nice but the food is quite good and filling. I wanted to take a nap after. The best part was the peach pie. Creamy and the peaches tasted so fresh and authentic. Gave the nice feel of the holidays through the El Paso sun. Nice crust. Simply put, I will come back again.

My husband and I were in a rush to get to the airport. Jewels helped us right away, very good service and made sure to get our tricky order right on point! The cool earrings she had on was a plus!
