Ordered two specials and they gave me a bag full of biscuits I normally go to the 38th and post location but went here on the way home instead and they’re normally good about orders and here it is decide to unpack and and eat and get this BS!!! Talk about mad and then I tried to call and talk to the manager and no working phone number at all!!!!! TALK ABOUT SOMEONE BEING PISSED!!

SKETCHY LOCATION
The food is extremely inconsistent, and its unfortunate, because when its made correctly, they make some of the best quality Church’s Chicken in the area.
The staff is also inconsistent depending on who’s on the clock, but more often negative. Dishonest employees and lacks hospitality skills.
The building itself, is a shell of itself. The speaker box doesn’t work, the parking lot is in ruins, the store isnt clean, and the food seems to never be ready once you reach the window. Exterior is sketchy and very dirty.

got an order for delivery food was freezing cold, chicken tenders were the size of a salt shaker! most were just breading no chicken to be found… okra was awful, mac and cheese mushy and tasted like it was boiled in swamp water, ohh you want honey butter on your biscuits well NOT TODAY! We received no straws or our sauces with our order $10 for a meal box ( we ordered 2 )that just came back from the antarctic with chicken tenders… wait fried breading. Come on do better! We will not be ordering from this location again and i recommend you don’t either. Fun fact Moses did not chisel the ten commandments on a tablet made of stone… it was on a piece of stale cold chicken from church’s chicken

Church’s Chicken (Post Rd) – A Truly Disappointing Experience
I recently visited the Church’s Chicken location on Post Rd and was thoroughly disappointed. The condition of the restaurant was the first major issue; the environment was frankly nasty and dirty. It was clear the dining and serving areas were poorly maintained, creating a significantly unpleasant and off-putting atmosphere. The lack of basic hygiene was a serious concern throughout my visit.
Unfortunately, the food was no better. The chicken itself was horrible and excessively greasy, making it heavy and unappetizing. This location appears to have severe quality control issues, both in terms of food preparation and cleanliness.
Based on the combination of the unhygienic environment and the low quality, heavily greased food, I strongly recommend that potential customers avoid this particular Church’s Chicken.

Customer Service is horrible. Didn’t receive my food or a refund. I placed my order online waited an hour and my food was ready when I walked in. I couldn’t get any help from employees and when I did they were very rude. The other customers that were there said they will be disputing the chargers off their cards because they didn’t receive food or a refund it’s just ridiculous. I will be filing a petition to get this place new staff or shut down and I currently have over 100 willing people to sign. Please don’t go here they will steal your money!

I haven’t had Church’s in years and really wanted to make a quick stop to bring some home (2 hours away). I pulled up to this location and attempted to go through the drive thru. As I sat waiting for a few minutes I came to realize that all of the employees were out on a smoke break. It wasn’t really until I saw them all go back in and noticed how unclean the inside was that I decided to just drive off.

I don’t get to come here often as it is very out of the way for us. a service was great.The food was hot and consistent. always afraid.This place will close down between the times that we get to go. it’s pretty run down but the food came out hot! a little bummed, they forgot our okra last time we were here, But everything tasted amazing.

Always slow and unprofessional. Waited nearly an hour total for a small pickup order, only to be told they didn’t have most of what I ordered and couldn’t refund me in-store. Staff ignores customers and spends more time gossiping than working. Went to Popeyes instead and had my food in under 5 minutes

Don’t you go ’round there! They never answered the speaker in the drive-thru. There was a woman in a shifted bonnet and flip-flops with her young daughter banging on the back door as I watched in confusion. A customer walked up to the drive-thru to complain about a chicken leg because they wouldn’t let her inside for some reason. The wait was almost 20 minutes for a 2 piece and a bag of biscuits. And to top it all off, they ran out of spicy chicken. Just throw the whole location away!
