Good thing we looked, because our order was wrong. No fries, which come with both combos, and they gave us buttermilk ranch instead of the blackened ranch we specifically asked for. My boyfriend had to get out of the car and go back inside to deal with it because we were so fed up.
To make matters worse, we witnessed employees vaping directly in front of customers outside and then walking back into the restaurant without washing their hands. The smoke was blowing right back into the restaurant. By the time we left we had been here for 45 minutes.
This location clearly does not care about its customers or basic food safety standards. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
I came through drive thru today. Saw a sign that says 12 wings for $12. I attempted to order that at the speaker and was told “we don’t have that.” And then a bunch of confusion and was told to “hold on” and then got “hello!” multiple times. English seems to be the workers second language here so the entire time of ordering it was very difficult to order which resulted in me and the lady practically yelling at one another. I also asked her about the 12 for $12 and an IMMEDIATE no was given.
I get to the window and the black lady which I’m assuming is the manager because she had on a grey shirt comes to the window chewing a mouth full of food with chicken crumbs and grease all over her fingers. At no point was a greeted with a “hello how are you” “how may I help you” or anything from ANYONE. THE MANAGER never spoke a word so I AGAIN asked HER if she knew anything about the 12 for $12 sign” and she immediately shock her head no, addressed another customer who was at the speaker in drive through and slammed the window shut. As I’m sitting there another “manager” now Hispanic lady opens the window looks at me crazy and says “ummmmmm… mobile order??..” which I replied “no.. I’m waiting for my food. I just paid.” My food was bagged and ready sitting on the counter top next to the drive thru cashier but the previous manager (black lady) decided that instead of handing me my food and drink she was going to walk off to the front counter to continue eating her food. I was never given a total. When the first manager opened the window to receive the payment there were no words spoken from this lady at all at any point just a hand out.” Here is the 12 for $12 sign that apparently NO EMPLOYEE HERE knew existed!
They were cooking too much chicken at once, our food came out to be cold. A replacement was provided, however please only cook what can be served quickly, fresh and hot.
There were 11 employees etc in the kitchen, it was a big mess of high labor cost and inefficient management.
Update… came for the New Spicy Flounder. I loved it. (my husband said he could tell it was fish.) If you like fish hurry in. I’m Glad I was able to get of before it was gone.
All the fuss over the chicken sandwich. Had to give it a try. They were barely able to keep up. Everyone wanted a sandwich. We got the spicy and the classic. Wait about 20 minutes. Well worth the wait. We had to have another. Then dared to stand in line again for a steaming hot Apple pie. Yum. The staff did an amazing job. It was busy and stressful for them.
