I had a great experience here and just have to shout out our waitress Brea. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect the whole time we were there. Our food came out hot and delicious, but I have to say the biscuits were the best part—absolutely amazing! Soft, warm, and full of flavor. Good service really makes a difference, and Brea definitely made our visit even better. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

My family was visiting from Charlotte and we went to The Real Milk & Honey for brunch on Sunday and had a great time! The atmosphere was warm, with beautiful art and great music. Our server Kennedi gave excellent service! The best part was the food! The biscuits were the best I’d ever eaten, and I wanted to lick the plate! I ordered the surf and turf, the lamb and lobster tail over grits and it was incredible! My daughter and I enjoyed the huge peach pancake, and her oxtails were so tender and flavorful. Everything was a 10/10!

I had an amazing experience at The Real Milk and Honey in East Point, Atlanta! The food was absolutely delicious — I got the surf and turf with blackened salmon, fried catfish, cheesy grits, and two mimosas. Everything was cooked perfectly and had great quality.

Our waitress Unique gave the best customer service ever! She suggested a meal that I ended up loving and made sure we were taken care of the whole time. Even the other staff had great energy — Ms.Rosie, the host, checked on us a few times, and Ruben came by with some laughs and good vibes.

If you’re looking for great food, amazing service, and a fun atmosphere, definitely check out The Real Milk and Honey. You will not be disappointed

Food was excellent! Had a wonderful time and the music was phenomenal. Came all the way from Houston just to try! I got the Surf & Turf, French Toast, Crab cake, waffles & we also did the oxtails. Our drinks were great I got the Chef’s Punch and Henny Margarita. 12 out of 10. ❤️

A well kept up and lovely establishment with a great choice of music playing. Parking was available
There was Great customer service, Juwaun , the waiter checked in with me and refilled my glass. Food proportion , quality and presentation was exceptionally well and delicious! I was curious of the fried lobster for breakfast because I never had fried lobster for 1, or for breakfast but each bite was very flavorful. It was nothing like ive had before. It was worth every penny.
Chefs kiss!
I took lamb chops and grits to go for another day, sighhhhh
Another AMAZING dish!!!! I visited here from Nashville and its definitely a reason to return. I would 1000% Recommend

The place was small with an almost intimate appeal in some areas.

The seats were metal and hard.

The decor was nice but cheap.

The food was salty to the point of unedible. The server when she asked why we did eat the food then asked if we wanted it boxed up. We asked for the check found out it was auto gratuity. Paid and left $77 poorer and feeling the waste.

Waste of time waiting for food to come out for 40 minutes. That food was beautiful to look at but tasted so salty it affected my mouth as if I had been eating a pickle or lemon.

The server did not offer to get a manager or have anything remade.

Flew into ATL and was craving some breakfast! I’m an avid yelper/food reviewer so we stumbled across this local spot and gave it a try! It was definitely a loud and lively environment/local spot in the college park area – the salmon bites appetizer and the grits were definitely a highlight of our meal – probably some of the best grits I’ve ever had! Unfortunately a couple of our shrimp in our shrimp & grits were mushy and half of our pancake was burnt on one side, but the half that wasn’t burnt was super tasty.

From the moment I walked in, the staff treated me like family — genuinely friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being over the top. The service alone would make me come back.

The food was absolutely amazing. True comfort food done right. I hadn’t even ordered their biscuits, but when they realized I hadn’t tried them, they sent one out to me — and it was phenomenal. They also surprised me with additional food to try, which really shows how much they care about their guests’ experience.

The restaurant was spotless, the atmosphere warm and inviting, and while the beer selection is small, it honestly didn’t matter at all given how good everything else was.

I was there on Super Bowl Sunday, and they still took the time to make me feel welcome and appreciated. I wanted to go back again, but unfortunately they’re closed on Mondays.

If you’re looking for a home-cooked meal, a clean place, and staff that truly treats you like family, this is absolutely the place to go. Highly recommend.

I visited the Real Milk and Honey today and ordered the lobster and shrimp with grits which was outstanding. The lobster was succulent, the shrimp were plump and well-seasoned, and the cheesy grits were silky, comforting, and full of flavor. The balance of textures and seasoning was spot on. This dish alone is worth returning for—absolutely delicious. Special shoutout to the Chef Mottley for creating such a memorable dish.
