As a thriller and romance author, I often meet friends in places with a good atmosphere, and Buffalo Wild Wings is a great spot to gather.
This location has a lot of seating and a lively sports bar feel, which makes it a fun place to watch a game or meet up with friends. The bar area is always energetic, and the overall space is large enough to handle the crowds.
The beer selection is excellent with plenty of choices, and the food is consistently good. I often order the Ultimate Nachos, which honestly end up being a full meal because the portions are huge.
Parking in Mission Valley is plentiful, which makes getting in and out easy even during busy times.
The staff has always been friendly and attentive whenever I’ve visited, and they do a great job keeping things moving.
Overall it’s a reliable place with good food, a fun atmosphere, and a great location for meeting friends.

This chicken wing place is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of seating, making it a great spot to hang out with friends. They have multiple TVs, so it’s perfect for watching sports while enjoying your meal. My favorite order is the boneless wings with the Asian Zing sauce. I’m not great with very spicy food, but this sauce has the perfect balance of flavor and heat—just enough spice to be enjoyable without being overwhelming. The fries are also a highlight, crispy and crunchy on the outside and very satisfying. Overall, it’s a fun, casual place with solid food and a lively atmosphere.

I was really disappointed with my recent order from this Buffalo Wild Wings location. I haven’t been here in a long time and finally decided to come back because I thought it would be nice to have wings from here again after not visiting for a while.
Unfortunately, my order was made incorrectly because the staff assumed it was for a Super Bowl party, even though nowhere in my order did it say that. Because of that assumption, the sauces were put directly on the wings instead of on the side like I ordered.
I didn’t bother going back once I noticed the mistake since they were already extremely busy and it would have been a hassle to deal with at that point. Still, it’s frustrating to pay for an order and not get what you actually asked for, especially when the error was based on an assumption rather than what was clearly placed in the order.
I understand it was a busy time, but accuracy still matters. I hope they pay closer attention to order details in the future.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Let me start by sharing that I am a single mom of two beautiful toddlers ages 4 and 3. My 3 year old is on the autism spectrum and my 4 year well, she’s just an emotional yet talkative Libra.
In efforts of acclimate the two, especially my son, to restaurant surroundings I decided to treat the to dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings this evening.
We walked in, were greeted and seated in area that allowed my children to be children. Our waitress was INCREDIBLE! She was patient, soft spoken, and went above and beyond for us. My daughter threw a fit as we arrived because her brother bumped into her. The waitress took our drink orders, provided additional, smaller cups with lids with our my asking. It’s as if she was reading my kind. My kids were still settling into the new surroundings – my son a bit over stimulated climbed the booth bench and on me. We ordered our food and our waitress made recommendations that would meet the needs of my picky and indecisive children.
Because of the area we were seated in I was able to hold my son to sooth his high sensory needs. While I caught a few glares from other families – this in no way phased the staff AT ALL! Our food arrived and we did not feel rushed to leave.
The manager kindly came by with two small toys and asked if she could give them to my kids. She even said, something along the lines of wanting to make sure I was able to eat as well.
I accepted the toys and placed them in my bag to prevent a mini game of catch and toss, but at that moment my heart was healed. It let me know that there are folks out there who hold no judgment, who are kind, and who want to make every visit memorable.
As a single mom who left a DV relationship a year ago, with $40 in her bank account and built themselves to be a me to provide outings such as this evening for her children, I am gratefully appreciative of the staff at Buffalo Wild Wings this evening. You never know who someone might be, what they have went through, or what they are going through.
We’ve had so many experiences where we were judged for my children’s behavior, rushed to eat, or just made to feel uncomfortable. I understand restaurants can’t control the judgement we receive from other guests, but they can control their staff.
The management and staff this evening made it so that on our drive home my daughter said, “that was a great dinner mommy.”
Thank you for making us comfortable and appreciated this evening.

The server was a sarcastic unprofessional man today working at 5 pm August 22, I addressed that there was hair in my food and he said oh I don’t have white hair do I. The food was so gross I wanted to throw it away I am never coming back especially after that short beareded man wanted to sit their and be smart with me. It was a to go order the fries are mid 4/10. The burger( Burger King has a better burger) 2/10 tasted like school lunch and I wanted onions and mayo ketchup they put nothing just lettuce. Service 2/10 horrible server very rude when I brought up the white hair on my burger they didn’t care they just said it wasn’t me. The ranch taste like fast food cheap and nasty not worth a dollar the size of it is really small as well. The drink was also really flat which just showed me I’m never coming to any of the locations I regret waisting my money especially opening it up and seeing hair disgusting. The design of the restaurant looked like just a big bar they had mostly screens everywhere. Overall I’d give it a 1/10 Buffalo Wild Wings was very bad it’s basically just bar food. you might as well get inn n out with the 40 minute wait as well. Not to mention the portion size of fries for the price you think it would be full and it’s barely half way. No napkins or forks in the bag by the way.

A terrible experience from start to finish. The service is painfully slow, as if time simply doesn’t matter to them. The food is awful—bland, poorly prepared, and served with zero care. The service somehow manages to be even worse: the guys working there are clearly in a bad mood, rude, and make you feel like they’re doing you a favor just by letting you order. This is, without exaggeration, the most disgusting and unpleasant customer service I’ve ever experienced at a food place. Absolutely no professionalism, no effort, and no respect for customers. I will never come back and I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Service was so slow, it felt like they were short-staffed despite having 4-5 front of house employees (including an easily overwhelmed bartender) and 10-12 parties. Mozz sticks were warm; wings were cold. Wings were also bottom of the barrel. (See picture.) How do you mess up your main dish that bad? That’s literally the whole brand.

WARNING!, do not go on a Sunday unless you are just wanting to drink and watch football games and have all the time on your hands to receive food. My wife and I made that mistake last Sunday going there for lunch. Having worked in restaurants years ago, it was clear the wait staff did not have assigned sections to take care of. We watch the servers bounce from one side of the restaurant to the other. When we were shown our table, I think it was just luck that a server passed by and asked..”Have you been helped yet?” He had no idea how long we were there, but we had just sat down and knew what we wanted, so we ordered. Seeing it was busy, we knew it was going to take awhile and it did. When the girl brought our food to the table (not the one who took our order) I asked if we could get extra wing sauce, and she said “Sure”. She never returned. We were hungry so we just started eating, but the wings were STONE COLD. No telling how long they had been sitting in the kitchen waiting for someone to bring it to us. We said the heck with it, as it would be too long to ask to have them heated up. My wife also ordered a salad, but no fork was provided. Again we tried to catch any server working there but to no avail. I went looking for one at a nearby server station, but did not see any. Finally a server started cleaning the table next to us and I asked if we could get a fork. In a disgusting and bothered way, he said..”Give me a minute”. We waited for a few minutes and still no fork. Another gentleman with an earpiece (possibly a supervisor) passed by and I asked the same question. He said sure, and disappeared. A minute later the first guy returned with the fork and said “here you go” and jetted off. After we had finished eating, the guy who initially took our order finally returned and asked.. How was everything? I just said we are ready for the check and got out of there. Clearly this place is under staffed, and poorly managed. It will be a long time before we return again, and definitely not on a weekend.

After reading the reviews, my experience makes sense now. Bartender was absolutely awful from start to finish. Took him about 15 minutes to even acknowledge me. After asking for a Miller Lite, he proceeded to serve me the wrong beer 3 TIMES!
I genuinely don’t get how you confuse that. Also, be aware Im like 80% sure they put something in my drink when I went to the restroom. Would not return. Shame because the other bww locations Ive been to have been great

I never leave negative reviews but they ruined my super bowl party. Ordered takeout from buffalo wild wings. When I picked up my food, they informed me that the wings need to be reheated, and they provided sauce and directions on how to make the wings. Nowhere when we ordered online, did it say this would be the case. Just save yourself some time (drove 40 min round trip to buy wings I need to prepare) and money and make some wings in the oven Since that’s what this place want you to do anyways. Me and my hungry guests thank you.
